  1. Please don't blame Canada. If Branget's dates are correct he waited more than a month and a half and the books hadn't been shipped. Customs and Canada Post can't be blamed for this. It is painful waiting for overdue books and wondering if they've been stolen or missing. I do agree that a person shouldn't go on the probation list for transactions outside of the boards. Regardless, if the books are on the way this should be easy to resolve. The book is 100% on the way, no questions about that. The problem I have right now is the transaction was strickly on e-bay. The buyer, who is also a board memeber, approached me on the forum and asked questions about the shipment. The questions were answered, and the book was shipped. Now I'm being faulted for an issue that is totally unrelated to the sales forum, the book wasn't even posted on the Sales/E-bay Link. Anyone who's bought a book from me knows that I'm 100% honest and professional. When HE gets the book, I'm sure things will be solved. If he DID get a refund from his Credit Card, then he'll win either way cause HE will have the book, plus the $$ that he paid for. Perhaps but there has been precedent set with others added to the Probation list for transactions off the board. ComicSupply comes to mind. Should this be in contention we will need to remove ComicSupply in order to not seem hypocritical and maybe some others. I would also take your argument that it was off the boards as specious. A transaction between boardies certainly qualifies in my eye since we allow advertising to Ebay auctions as well in the forums. Are you being facetious? I mean, really? ComicSupply solicited his sales here. He was a dirtball from day 1 and everyone seemed to forgive and forget. Forgive and forget MULTIPLE times. Surely you jest. The fact that we allow advertising to other sites...including Ebay seems to me to be enough of a reason. Oh wait...let me add the obligatory..... Your turn, smartass

  3. I will once I get my SS book. I wait....yet grow impatient.
  4. What is the pic on the left? Got a close up? One word. Masuimi Google it Alone and not at work.
  5. Here is my little corner of comicdom (and gaming) The big gap on the wall is waiting for an SS book to arrive so I can frame it with the original cover art and fill in that spot. Marvin has been hanging out there for about 7 years. The Marc Wolfe signed prints are kind of out of place now but my wife had them framed for me so I think Ill keep them for a while longer. I plan on having a custom comic storage cabinet for below the big empty space so I can lose the white boses. Also, I am looking for a nice antique desk because that massive desk is just too big for me. I'm kind of minimlist with regard to furniture and I have a thing for antiques.
  6. Kudos to Campued1010 for a lovely stack of X-Men slabs and a Warlord slab. Im officially a slab collector now.
  7. Which makes it easier for me to pick them up on the cheap. I love them simply for the wonderful covers.
  8. For the grammar police. How to use articles (A/AN/The) Im in a foul mood today but even so the trolling going on in the sales threads is out of line. Leave the sales threads alone unless you intend to buy a book. Leave the grandstanding for this and other discussion threads.
  9. What Divad and Pep did both amount to harassment. I, for one, don't need some forum vigilantes to open my eyes for me. Keep to the probation list and leave the sales threads alone. If you want to out someone do it in a separate thread in the discussion forum but stay out of the damn sales threads. Because I dont give one mess if its pressed or not. And if what your doing is grinding some personal axe with a particular person than it is even more pathetic. It's like a snot nosed kid yelling "nyah nyah". I want to shop for books I dont wan't to see guerilla ethics combat. Keep it in the discussion threads, individual_without_enough_empathys.
  10. Just got this in today from Sckao. Great guy to deal with. And this Unexpected 159 that looks really nice.
  11. Just got a huge stack of DC 100 pagers thanks to Sckao. I do love these books.
  12. Just wanted to give some kudos to sckao. Not just for for great books and great transactions. Just for being a fantastic person to deal with overall.
  13. I agree. I looked over his old posts and one of the forum members met both 8milemax and Russ at a show, so it doesn't look like he's a shill. However...it was way too convenient that he showed back up after a two year break right before Russ/ComicSupply tried to weasel his way back onto the forum. Just like it was a little too convenient that he happened to want a book right after a forum member refused to sell it to Russ. And as long as he continues to insert himself into these ComicSupply threads, he deserves whatever mess storm falls his way. He needs to learn when to shut the hell up, and then he needs to teach that lesson to Russ. I am not arguing that he may or may not be in collusion with CS but hes definitely not the same person.
  14. Check out 8miles old posts from 2007. Perfect spelling mistakes just like Russ/Clive does with the same barstardised punctuation. Then the lack of posts from 2007 to... oh wait... around the same time Russ/Clive come back to the boards when that guy posted that fake Purchase Order. Wrong again Jerry Mouse. I started collecting again about a week before that fake CS order. I bought books from a couple of people before that fake order. I stopped collecting in 2007 because I bought a house. Since you were looking at my old post you would see that I sold and bought a lot of cgc batmans, Russ does not buy cgc books like that. Do yourself a favor and sniff around for some cheese Jerry you are wrong on this point. Do you realise how juvenile you sound with the name calling? It's all slow people can do Andrew, they're not clever enough to get a rise any other way. He's even too ing stupid to notice it's not getting a rise, I don't mind being called Jerry by a thick shill it that floats his boat. The only proof we have that he's not a shill so far is... all. He is not a damn shill so cut it out. I have sold books to the man I have his address and his phone number. Its not the same person. If I have any credibility here you will end this line of harassment and continue to focus on ComicSupply. Jeeze you guys are like dealing with overzealous TSA agents sometimes.
  15. I need to give a bunch of kudos to the following folks for some great forum transactions. My collection is really maturing thanks to the fine people on these boards, both buyers and sellers alike.. mazman77 cd4ever Lego ciorac Elijah Snow HouseofComics.Com Tropean shark2557 frankbearss Comicsarefun joecgcmaniac and last but certainly not least...sckao for a most exciting purchase. If I forgot anyone I apologize and will figure it out sooner or later.
  16. Russ...you are so full of it. You have a link to your website posted at the bottom of every one of your posts in here. That drives business directly from unsuspecting or new members of this forum to your website. So any member of this forum that has had a problem with you in a sales thread or on your website...IS A PROBATION FORUM LEVEL OFFENSE! So shut the hell up and quit crying about it. And whenever you make a post anywhere in this forum with your link at the bottom of it...people need to be warned about your business practices. I commend those in here that continue to do so. You not only deserve to be on the probation list...you deserve to be prosecuted for theft. And yet you have the nerve to come in here and say that any people who just happen to see your posts should contact you if you still owe them anything. People have been trying to contact you for years, Russ. People can only leave so many messages and send so many emails before they get tired of not getting a response from ComicSupply. And it's obvious that you count on people simply giving up on getting their product or money. It's YOUR job to find out who you still owe product or refunds to and to make every single one of those people whole again. And that includes not only the people on this board that you've screwed out of money, but the various other comic boards that have similar "ComicSupply stole my money" type threads plastered all over them. You're like a cancer to this hobby, Russ. You keep taking money from people year after year. You continue offering the same lousy customer service. You continue to fail to ship the products that these customers have paid for. And yet you still have the nerve to whine about how you're not being treated fairly and how you should be allowed to continue taking peoples money in here. Get it through that impossibly thick skull of yours, Russ. You are not wanted here. I'd tell you to go to hell...but I doubt if even they would want you. That's exactly why we're not going to let it happen. You've screwed the members of this forum over enough. It ends now. You're not going to be allowed to cheat any more unsuspecting members in here. If they see all the warnings that people post about you in your threads and then decide to do business with you, then that's on them. I just hope the moderators realize soon that this forum would be much better off if you simply were never allowed to post in here again.
  17. FUELMAN PIZZ OFF!!!! You guy's are keeping me on a stupid list that I shouldn't even be on. You even state it in your WARNING picture. You say that I am on the list because I failed to complete a BOARD transaction. WRONG!!!!! I am on the list because of orders placed on my website. BIG FOKING DIFFERENCE!!!! You have a reach of rule here, but you don't on my website. Your list means NOTHING if you want to keep me on it. I shouldn't be on it. I have handled all board transactions. Since when did your list start to include things like other sites, or ebay, or garage sales? Exactly, it doesn't and shouldn't. When you start letting the list serve for other thing's that it was originally for, then it has lost it's purpose. AS IT STANDS!!! THERE IS NOTHING OUTSTANDING FROM A DEAL MADE ON THE BOARDS!!!!. You can keep me on the list, but in each sale thread I make I will point out my declaration about how I shouldn't be on it. You want to call me names etc, sure, fine, do it. But don't wave around the list when it's clear that you are making an exception for my inclusion. Then again, I am sure the boards really matter to you Fuelman, it's probably something you can't live without. Same goes for Diva. I am sure if you couldn't post on the boards both of you would be lost and alone without anything to do. Go play with your kids, get outside, you freaking dweebs. Why the hell do you care? Just go elsewhere and sell your stuff. I don't understand your motivation or your persistence in such a futile task. You will continue to suffer the derision and harassment you, likely deservedly so, receive. Can you not live without the boards as well?
  18. I will be posting a bunch of $1.00 books tonight beginning around 8 pm central in an attempt to further trim my collection. Marvel Team ups, Triple Action, Swamp Thing, Conans and whatever else I can find.
  19. Kudos to Elijah Snow for some awesome Amazing Amazing Spider Mans. All the books are in fantastic condition. Also Kudos to PickyCollector for some nice Bronze books...including a sweet DC 100 page Super Spectacular Detective. Love those 100 pagers.
  20. Kudos back atcha for prompt payment and putting up with my delayed shipping. A+++
