I'll pound you to a "Pulp" if you don't show off yours!

I do still wear an old lined Levi's coat my dad got back in the early 90s for a carton of cigarettes. Metallica was sharpies onto the back. It gets a lot of attention 😄 -

Some cheap pick ups. I think I'm the pulp equivalent of a quarter bin diver. The spicy had an interesting back cover (which was disclosed by seller). -
Who is going to be at Windy City this weekend??

Just show him some of the books in the "I'll pound you to a pulp..." thread. Worked for me 😄 -
Yah the stain was another issue, good eye.

I'm curious about this one, does anyone know what it is? Bookery guide mentions some issues after the ginger run with a different font that might have been reprints or knockoffs, which I'm guessing the cover is, but the guts are la paree. It doesn't look like the cover was married, and the style and numbering of the splash page doesn't seem to fit in with other la paree styles. Spent a while googling and count find anything related to this. Sadly I set my alarm wrong and missed auction, but am still curious about the book.

No, was trying for the low grade planets lol. Now got my eye on some of the girlie mags. One I sort of want, but trying to figure out if the cover is married or not.

Can't imagine anyone would have a problem with it. Pulp board is so slow I think just about anything goes. 😄

Thanks! Appreciate it. -
If you don't already have a copy, I'd recommend the Bookery guide. It lists scarcity of most pulps and seems pretty accurate. *edit* Just realized this post was from a year ago lol. Saw it at the bottom of the first page without realizing this topic is now a 2 pager.

Fantastic book. This and the leering alien will likely be the reason I never finish this run 🙃 -

I found a new way to save money today, forget your password as an auction starts for a site who's password recovery doesn't seem to work Anyone pick up anything from the AH auction today? Some cool books, but nothing big hitting as some of the previous auctions. Several books like the 06/37 Spider expired with no bids. It wasn't in the greatest shape but I figured a few people would take a stab. That Lone Ranger and Dime Mystery were

I remember as a kid, Gi Joe #2 was THE hot comic of the 80s, and listed as scarce. It's print run probably dwarfs an entire months worth of books from marvel today

My lowball offer is sent Might go higher, but do these look a bit faded? One thing I find im really appreciating is how vibrant the color on the cover is. I have a number of books where one copy in the run is structurally sound but has fading, and another issue is trimmed or glued or w/e, but with vibrant coloring that looks fresh, and I'm finding I really prefer the vibrant color over the structurally sound books. If that makes any sense.

Wouldnt the ad on the inside of the cover be different?
