Just got this back from CGC today. Met Rubinstein last year at a con. Sent off for the Miller signing. Miller's signature is terribad, absolutely positively terr-i-bad! Still, it is mine.

Not sent in a bunch myself but my favs are my UF4, bought off the shelf on release and removed from the poly about a year ago. Subbed it with the thoughts it was at best a 9.0. Pressed it of course. Came back a 9.8! And my 2nd fav is a newstand ASM 252, bought it from a shop years ago for $25. Figured at best an 8.0, pressed it also. Came back a 9.4. And my favorite. Infinity Gauntlet #1, bought off the shelf from a shop as a kid, while my dad was next door trying to sell to the pizza place. Had it signed by Rubinstein last year at Fan Expo, came back a 9.8. Sent it in for Perez signing this year, you guessed it, pressed again. Came back again a 9.8!

I have signature required for all my packages. The only one that follows it is FedEx. USPS and UPS ignore and either drop the packages without knocking/ringing or ding dong ditch. I have opened my door to stuff that should NOT be left on a doorstep (PC parts mainly).

Yep, I grabbed 2 last time I was in on Tuesday. As I walked out they put another 20 or so on the shelf. Definitely no lack of the FCBD book.

I had an issue with them and called just recently, less than 2 weeks ago. I have a reminder to call them back to see if the problem product is back in for them to ship me new bags. I just called the 800 number on their website. Hope you get resolution!

Yeah the Bronze is the foil version of the 2nd print. Already seen a pictured copy on the bays. (from the bays) I will say that even though they are foiling the outta this, all the foils are free to the shops (except Ruby) that receive them. And the Ruby being given 1st to Skybound employees, good on them, I never planned to own one as I was certainly not paying $1k for it. I was confused why they did a 2nd print in the 1st place, but @BladeTX made a good point that it is likely because some shops might not have even received the 1st print since it was after order cutoff. But yeah, hunt is on for a Bronze that is slab worthy to go with my others.

Absolutely man, I like the design too. I like the open-ended design that Brock pulled a Parker and ruined his life in some way. Also that he has piecemealed his current “armor”. Only time will tell how it pans out. Enjoy!

I just want your IM55. As for Venom, I skipped from 1-24. Picked up 25, 26 and FCBD been happily surprised. I like what I see of Virus thus far, I hope he has staying power and is a good villain for Brock. That said speculation originally was that he was Jack o'Lantern, but that seems too obvious, now people are more for Lee Price. Either way I am vested in Venom for now and will continue to pickup the series to read. Also if you haven't, check out the current Thor series, it is fantastic. I hope the King in Black is good also, we shall see though.

Skybound mystery box received, #1 of 2, and happily surprised. While no Negan Foil. I did end up with SDCC #193 SS 9.8 with Kirkman sig. Totally worth the $50.

I am guessing you did pressing for both? My Miller sub (with pressing) just went to Grading / QC today, so you should see some movement soon. This week is week 3 of the 3 week pressing turn around. Claremont you still have another two weeks at least for the 3 weeks to be fully up for pressing. Some will see movement in this timeframe as pressing is completed and they move over to grading. Some that were only sign and grade are already on the way back.

Wouldn't the staple be "loose" in comparison to the non-sketch cover versions if you removed the sketch cover?

The only chain of custody options are CCS or CFP then getting it regraded by CGC. Both can press the book and keep the chain of custody intact. CFP is @joeypost here on the forums.
