  1. Well, if the print run continues to decrease by 20% of the first issue's print run each month, there would be no issue 6. So I'm guessing that some people consider it very significant.
  2. OK, so...20k is significantly less than 25k, last time I checked...
  3. I'm also guessing #2 has a smaller print run than #1.
  4. And...there is one listing for a set of 1st, 2nd, and Weekly copies of issue 33 with a BIN of $149. Interesting, since this is a relist of an auction that ran last week with a BIN/OBO of $149. He received at least 8 offers, and did not sell...and then just decided to remove the "obo" from the equation. And THAT auction was a relist of the same books with (IIRC) a starting bid of $79.95 and a BIN of $99.95. It appears that each time this auction fails to sell, the seller jacks the price up higher. I wonder which business school this seller graduated from...?
  5. I think you would be able to find this one for $90 or so. $150 seems excessive. 1st prints can be found for $20-30 on ebay. a 2nd print shouldn't run more than $10-15 Not a chance ... 2nd prints of #33 have always been pricier than the 1st prints; the last three raw 2nd prints that were on eBay fetched $60, $75 and $130. The $150 BIN that's up there now is mine - I'm actually 80% confident I'll get the asking price The person that listed the $130 book has come on this forum (in this thread or the WD thread) to let everyone know that the book did NOT sell at that price. So...highest recorded sale thus far is $90 (with the vast majority at $60 or less).

  7. Sounds like a "lucky to break even" proposition to me. Good luck with that!
  8. My latest... Ultimate Fallout 4 Cover by Mark Bagley (1st Miles Morales as Ultimate Spider-Man). I have really been enjoying the new USM, so pretty psyched about this one.
  9. I doubt there would be an Amazon pre-order if it was not already official.
  10. Fixed it for you! I agree, though...if it's the Governor, that would be huge as well...especially since he's dead!
  11. hope he didn't make you pay too much with no head and half a cover Wait...THERE'S NO HEAD...?!? I thought the scan was just cut off!
  12. Anyone read this yet? How is it? How relevant is it to the series?
  13. OK, now I'm confused... Who is on my cover to 102...?!?
  14. I'm sold! I don't suppose either of you have ordered any extras...? Can I get a set..? I can offer $50 for all 6 issues...!!!
  15. My fault. I just got tired of reading about WD. I would say that the high print run would affect the value, but after NM 98 we know that wont matter. I wont do it again I swear . Yes, but...doesn't the relatively high print run of New X-Men 128 at 106k only serve to further underscore the relatively LOW print runs of Walking Dead...especially in light of the increasing popularity of the TV series...?!? BWAHAHAHAHA! It all comes back around.
  16. Haven't seen any signs of it cooling here. If anything, I think there have been some pretty strong sales lately. Though $66 is very high, and your ask of $15 for issue 2 is also quite high.
  17. The five most recent issues...? I'm fairly certain I can pick these up at the LCS for cover price.
  18. WTF...?!? http://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Walking-Dead-Lot-90-94-90-91-92-93-94-Robert-Kirkman-AMC-/170807449076?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item27c4ead5f4 Am I missing something here...?!?
  19. Didn't really care for this one. I may pick up issue 2, but...sorta indifferent at this point.
  20. That's not for you, Branget, as I'm sure you've already made a killing, and have nothing to worry about. This is advice for anyone considering paying current prices to jump on the bandwagon with hopes of watching them continue to escalate in value. Anyone hoping to retire off WD profits better be selling now, not buying. Of course, just sharing my opinion, and I can be as wrong as anyone else. Perhaps they will just continue to appreciate, and in 10 years they will be on a par with AF 15. I just happen to think that they are a lot more Magnus 0 than they are silver age key.
