89 is a reprint of this ish (as are many of the later Sgt Fury books...not sure what issue they started with but they ran reprints in the early 70s on the title, kind of like what happened to X-Men issues at a certain point) 3.0-3.5 grade on this book.

PGM X-Men 129 GRADE is in
comicginger1789 replied to tonybalazs's topic in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?
9.0-9.2 due to spine ticks along back. -
PGM Marvel Spotlight 32 (Spider-Woman)
comicginger1789 replied to tonybalazs's topic in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?
Yes definitely should benefit from pressing. I will venture 8.0-8.5 or so afterwards....7.0 or so as is. -
PGM Marvel Team Up #65
comicginger1789 replied to Jfend72's topic in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?
Clean will sharpen up the spine at the back. Corners (bottom right) seem a little soft and a couple minute spine sticks. I will venture 9.0 or so after the clean. -
Bronze age comics that are heating up on eBay...
comicginger1789 replied to PeterPark's topic in Bronze Age Comic Books
It's also the first appearance of Moribus. I know the film coming out calls itself Morbius, but I believe it is really focusing on this issue with Moribus more than it is the random character from issue 101. That's just me though. -
I view my comics as my hobby. Is it nice to know there is value in them beyond what I sent? Sure But end of the day, my hobby in life could have been golf. I could have spent the money on equipment and games and beers and such. That hobby would never repay itself. It’s about the enjoyment. Comics are the same for me. Will they crash? Probably some day. But I feel that day is a lot further off than ever before. Those saying comics are hard to get into and expensive are being silly. Enough people out there exist and I think the hobby is growing amongst people aged 20-35. It is not the cheapest to get into but once people hit that age and have money to spend, they are happy to do so to own whatever books they can.

Andddd my answer is wrong…lol. See above

My guess? A horrendous typo for the word “creasing”. How or why? Well as someone who once worked in an office (a call center specifically and no not one that called to bother people), I know that I could be chatting with a desk mate and absent mindedly would type a word I was talking about with a colleague into my description on a file. So I’ve seen it happen.

PGM - JIM 83 - Grade is in
comicginger1789 replied to Nilo2's topic in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?
I definitely think more pictures of the page that is detached and where it should line up would help. If it is truly a match and from the book, CGC SHOULD correct their error if notified and regrade and re-encapsulate for you (on their dime I would request per their error) If it is in fact married, well to me you've done no worse as you might wish to send to CBCS anyways to avoid the green label. -
GRADE IS IN!-Iron Man #1 (1968)
comicginger1789 replied to nebyort's topic in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?
I feel a 5.0 is too low but I think personally a 6.0 is too high so 5.5 it is! -
PGM Nightmare 20
comicginger1789 replied to This is Who We Are's topic in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?
7.0-7.5 from me knowing what little I know about how mags are graded slightly different
