    This last episode really seems to kill dreams of all other villains speculated. I’m preparing for the hype out hyping the show because many fans took the volume and cranked that sucker to eleven week after week. Still looking forward to the ending but I doubt we will be blown away now.

    It’s gonna be an epic final battle to the death scene as the FF, Professor X, Wanda, Vision and Monica take on Agnes, Chthon, Mephisto, Doom and Magneto. Every fan will effectively cream their jeans while subsequently dying from shock. Oh and Adam the Blue Marvel will swoop in after the carnage and say “hey what did I miss”. Dr strange will appear and begin to try and undo the mess in his own movie.

    Paul Bettany's interview said that he "worked with someone he always wanted to work with" and that while a lot of things have been leaked, this character reveal has not and it is exciting. He also adds they have great chemistry and he is excited for the scenes together. This intrigues me...because if it is some big baddie played by a well known actor, it means we actually see that and some decent interaction in this show (and not just an end credits scene). That or as Marvel has done before, they shoot random stuff at random times, with actors not truly knowing the entire picture...so maybe Bettany shot a scene or several to be used in a later film. Who knows!?!

    So for me, the end reveal possibilities for the "Luke Skywalker" level cameo are as follows (along with subsequent reactions)... 1) Dr. Strange...ho hum. We know this movie leads there and at this point, seems lacklustre 2) Charles Xavier...yes mutants! 3) Magneto...see above! 4) Mephisto...still quite pleased as it just means the clues were not so hidden all along but we get a great baddie in the MCU 5) Ultron...intrigued. I don't care for him but I know many people do 6) Al Pacino as Mephisto but he appears as Pacino because we are in a world of TV/movies anyway so yeah that is how we "see" him....insane! 7) Reed Richards...cool but I think there is a better way to work in all of the FF at this point 8) Dr. Doom...see above

    Thanks! It is a Hulk 181 so I might send in regardless with hopes of getting the most out of it (not a book or character I care for). Book is probably in the 4.0-4.5 range otherwise but then has that missing chunk.

    This one has a Halloween date stamp! Super cool! Its one I don’t have. Someone used it as a drink coaster as there is a faint circular indent and small stain on FC but the date stamp makes it a keeper for me!

    It seems like Agatha or whoever really wants to keep Vision out of the picture now. Why wasn’t this always the case? Is it because they thought they could control him (and maybe even needed him to convince Wanda to have kids) but now they can’t hence why we see Agatha last episode telling Vision to keep going toward the edge and in this episode, seemingly delaying him and Darcy from getting back. They must have some minor control over him though because he seems out of sorts all throughout the show. Forgetting dates, eating gum, forgetting he can fly instead of driving in a friggen funnel cake truck from the forties, etc

    Well to be honest if Agatha is the only bad guy that is a pretty big yawn. First, Hahn has been listed as this character in multiple sites since before the show so it’s no surprise. The surprise should be why? Or who is helping/manipulating her? I would be very disappointed if they rewrote Agatha as an evil witch character doing this all by herself.

    Also, just to talk out loud some more, if Mephisto is behind this, it has to do with Wandas kids right? They play a role. So maybe Mephisto has some hold over Agatha (her son or something) which is why she is doing his bidding. Maybe Wanda would never have bad children without Vision. So Agatha tells her what SWORD is doing and says she can help her set up a world where Wanda is in control and it can be how she likes it. The thing is, maybe Wanda doesn’t go along with it at first which is why she half seems to know Agatha is helping her but also under a trance herself sometimes. But if this is the case, does that mean the kids are real? Or do they even have to be? As long as they are within the Hex, maybe that’s all Mephisto needs to get what he wants. I dunno I just can’t seem to put it all together haha. I don’t think any other villain is needed. Like if Chthon is controlling Agatha to do Mephisto bidding seems too many steps removed. And hey maybe Mephisto is not involved at all. But I also like what was said about the book at the end being different from the Darkhold seen in Agents of Shield. Why do that if they are meant to be the same? Unless they are different objects entirely which is what I am betting on.

    Here is something I picked up from a twitch stream of some guys talking about the show that I hadn’t heard before. The guy suggested that what if Westview is kind of like Pleasant Hill from the comics? A town where supervillains lived peacefully as their minds were warped by the cosmic cube to behave like regular citizens in a quiet town. What if Wanda/Agatha/whoever is doing something like this, hence why we have references to a lot of other potential villains and that’s how some get introduced as having been around all along? Was a theory I hadn’t yet seen or heard.

    Agree. I’ve been pleased since episode one. I love all the theories. I think some are crazy and wrong. I agree with some. It’s great discussion! Maybe I predict something correctly? Maybe I I am horribly wrong and everything I laughed at is the truth. Either way, great entertainment. Although with two episodes left I am mentally preparing for some sort of letdown. This last episode, while good, was the first one that was not better than the last in my opinion. Since episode one, each week has gotten better and better and better. I felt episode 7 plateaued a bit and I’m hoping it’s because the last two episodes will truly be the pinnacle of it all. That would have this show go down as truly great. However I’m reserving myself for a potentially lower level reveal so as to not be disappointed.

    Are we all in agreeing that the book seen in the basement is the Darkhold? Or is it tied to the Nexus of All Realities? If it’s for sure the Darkhold, that thing has definitely been tied to a lot of characters that have come up like Chthon and Modred. One who seems to also have a large connection is Morgan La Fay but no one really seems to care about her in any of their theories....
