Picked this up in LA last weekend. Thanks, Ken.
I'm glad you like it so much. Seeing scans of the Wonderworld 13 is giving me intense feelings of sellers remorse. No more scans from you!

Nice book! No matter how many times I go through the Gerber guide there are still so many books that I overlook that get posted here with amazing covers.

Accidentally posted this in the Timely thread. This is a recent pick up of a nice "INT" book.

Oops, sorry. Wrong thread. I was looking at the Schomburg cover and meant to post it in the regular golden age thread.

Picked this book up in LA as well. Just a nice Fine copy with great eye appeal and a classic cover image in my opinion.

This one is for Adam. I know you like vibrant cover colors and it is hard to beat this one. Picked it up in LA at Wizard Con.

Oh, yeah, baby!
From blazingbob?
Yes, he had a box of really nice 50's horror books at the LA show. I couldn't pass up this pure red cover.

Here's another favorite of mine. Took me years to find a copy this nice.

Steve,
I know its a pretty beat up copy but I figure I can always upgrade later.

This probably my favorite cover in the run even though there are a lot or really cool early issues.

Is this the coolest book I currently own? Yes. Yes, I think so.
One of the "INT" books as well.
That book has eluded me for quite some time.
I love that cover! I'm still kicking myself for passing on the MH copy when I had the chance years ago. I believe Adam owns it? Great book, now pass it along to someone else for awhile. Like me.

Nice Superman! Here is a great robot cover.

Thanks for all the nice coments on the book. It does indeed have high gloss. The book looks like it was printed yesterday and has the typical MH white pages.

Well, after a rather disappointing week in comics starting off with two ebay purchases that were overgraded, I received this beauty yesterday. The colors are so vibrant on this book it has to be seen to be believed. I bought this from Metropolis shortly after they listed the run missing the #3, which I want the most, but this is a close second.

Let's revive this thread. The soft, pastel colors on this cover have always been very appealing to me.

I bought this book ( #159) from Marnin Rosenberg along with quite a few other Mass books a long time ago. I was stunned at the quality of this collection and almost didn't sell this book because I like the cover colors so much. Congratulations on getting it.

How about one of those nice pink sky covers?

I know a very nice copy of this book has already been posted, but it is nice to compare books and get some idea of how many high grade copies of different issues are out there. This one has never been CGC graded.

Adam,
Yes, it is the WM copy. I was fortunite to get a few of my favorite Strange Adventures from this collection and had to pay quite a premium for them, but they are so hard to find in nice shape.

All the great books on this thread inspired me to pick up this beauty.
