  1. Yes it is and it is a good start! (I am hoping for a Dective Comics #1000 Special Ticket option!)
  2. It seems as though the daily tickets are sold out! I will never figure out why comic shows announce guests so late.
  3. I ask this question fulling understanding the show is a long time away. Is there an approximate time when comic artist 'special tickets' will be announced? With CGC unlikely to attend it will be the special tickets that will drive my decision as to what show to go to this year.
  4. I think we all do! I am not sure there is much the organizers can do about it though. There are two other cons that weekend and CGC can make their lives easier by not going over the border.
  5. Oh, didn't realize it moved so well as I am rather new to looking for his stuff. Thanks for the feedback.
  6. This is an honest question about Clay Mann's current are (please don't see it as a veiled complaint because it isn't). Is his current work priced to 'not sell' https://www.essentialsequential.com/Clay-Mann_c_1714.html? This is something I have heard about Amanda Conner where her [prices seem to be higher than they should be (although I admit I am not sure who decides what they should be other than the market).
  7. For sure. There are a lot of great people out there to help facilitate but doing it myself is all the fun. I could just do it all online otherwise. I hope this doesn't also mean there will be no 'special tickets' like the Jock ones last year.
  8. It really would be too bad if they didn't attend. I love the show but half the fun for me is getting signatures and remarks in person.
  9. While I realize this large, successful event is quite a ways away I was alarmed to see that CGC does not have the Canada Fan Expo as a place they will be setting up shop this year. Is this finalized or could things change?
  10. While I realize this is a comic question I wanted to ask if anyone has started a Fantasy Baseball league here that needs a player? It would be nice to be able to mix in some comic references within the good natured trash talk! 🤣
  11. Good tip! My office in the basement with o windows looks better and better everyday!
  12. In heritage? I did see this one: https://comics.ha.com/itm/original-comic-art/paty-cockrum-and-joe-rubinstein-official-handbook-of-the-marvel-universe-6-and-9-alien-spec/p/121905-56008.s?ic4=ListView-ShortDescription-071515
  13. I saw these, thank for pointing it out. While I have nothing against obscure characters (I like them better in some ways) I am going to try and stick to the pages from version 1 of both titles. I am amazed at how few of them exist on heritage auctions (I went through the history). I thought there would be hundreds of these pages floating about.
  14. I always look forward to see what the special tickets will be for Dallas. While not always the case they are often a predictor for what occurs the other Fan Expo conventions!
  15. This is really usual info, thanks. ....so is yours for sale? (kidding, kidding, kidding )
  16. After years of looking for a page I liked I found an original art page I liked from the Speedball mini-series. While it was painful at times I have pleasant memories of looking for the page so I wanted a new challenge. Before you say it I do understand I can look at all the websites to see what is currently available but I wondered what the group felt about the general availability of Wonder Woman pages from the Mod phase (Wonder Woman vol 1 #178-204). Are a lot of people looking for these pages?
  17. Never heard of Newton Rings. Thanks for the information.
  18. Has anyone recieved a book back from CGC that has moisture in the case? I have a book that seems to have liquid trapped between the inter and outer wall.
  19. Not sure if sketch covers count but for a rather simple sketch I am thrilled with this. It is a Ryan Kincaid.
  20. The first piece I ever framed! New Warriors #1 by Marcus To!
