  1. I was going to say 5.5, but with all that spine wear I'd go 5.0.
  2. Incredible Hulk #350 NM- $4 #354 NM $5 #355 NM $5 #358 NM $5 #359 NM+ $6 #362 NM $5
  3. Also, this forum is for Gold/Silver/Bronze only. If you veer into Copper, your thread will get pulled or moved.
  4. Hi Matt. Good to see nice books being offered here, but you'd better check the Selling Guidelines. You can't list books on other venues, such as ebay, and here at the same time. You also need to list accepted forms of payment. Not trying to give you a hard time, but your thread will get pulled by the mods if it doesn't adhere to the guidelines.
  5. Vic Carrabotta! 93 and still doing shows! https://viccarrabotta.com/ Oops! Terry already cited him. I enjoy his PCH work a lot, so he's worth mentioning again.
  6. What a shame, he was one of the greats. Love his work, never had a chance to meet him. R.I.P.
  7. Let's hope he didn't just delete it but did complete uninstall.
  8. I like the part where he "takes ebay off the house computer." Uh-huh.
  9. Is it possible to share who that seller was?
  10. Funny you should ask! It looks like we've had fusarium wilt the last few years so I didn't plant this year and am attempting a combination of solarizing and tarping the soil in an attempt to eradicate it. I did plant a few tomatoes elsewhere in the yard but the crop has been small. We've been having a bad drought this year and in the past week some critter, likely a squirrel, has decimated the the toms that were ripening.
  11. Ryan’s Boston FanExpo 2022 thread inspired me to resurrect a few of my old Boston Comic Con threads so we can take a trip down memory lane to the good old days. These are my 2015, 2016 and 2017 threads. I think 2017 was the last I wrote. https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/370915-pontoons-boston-comic-con-report-2015/ https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/398809-pontoons-boston-comic-con-report-2016/ https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/420119-pontoons-boston-comic-con-report-2017/
  12. I don’t usually spend much time in Artist Alley, but with so much time on my hands due to the lack of dealers, I strolled though and discovered Japanese artist Hirsohi Kanatari. I was unaware of his work, but as a big kaiju eiga fan I picked up an Ultraman Sketch comic of his, on which he drew a portrait of Pigmon for me on the inner cover. (And licensed by Tsuburaya Productions! Along with his prints.) He also had a Bandai Shin Ultraman figure I bought to add to my son’s collection, and an Ultraman Mephilas face cloth for the heck of it. He was very gracious and a pleasure to meet. And that's bout it! I used to write rather lengthy show reports but gave up a few years ago. I may resurrect a few of those to illustrate what the show used to be like.
  13. Unfortunately, I have to agree with everything Ryan said. Since the show changed hands years ago there’s been fewer and fewer comics and this year saw the smallest amount yet. Regardless, I had a good time mostly thanks to the company I keep. The floor was filled with table after table of utter crap. Hundreds of bad prints of bad drawings, bad prints of bad drawings on reflective plastic or metal, toy swords, incomprehensible stuff, tchotkes and impulse buy crap, crap, crap. Plus overzealous dealers of crap. Avoiding eye contact was a necessity to avoid a sales pitch. I honestly don't understand how these folks make money given the expenses of setting up, but I guess somebody is buying it. I did manage to pick up a few things like some nice WWBN upgrades:
