  2. Will be listing many books over the next few weeks for sale. Shipping is included in the price to the CONUS. Overseas please PM me and we will work something out. Consider all books pressed. No returns on slabbed books. First gets it. That's either in the thread or via PM. trumps any pending inquiries. I take checks and regular PayPal. If you are on any list...don't bother. If I have you on ignore...don't bother.
  3. I will be starting up a new thread in the copper/modern section.

  7. Someone must be reading the boards. 1624657 4/27/21 17 1,700 PRESCREEN - MODERN Safe/Completed
  8. From each private signings information page. "After Walt and Louise sign the submitted books, CGC will grade and encapsulate them with an estimated turnaround time of six weeks. If CCS pressing is also requested, the turnaround time is estimated at eight weeks. After grading and encapsulation, the collectibles will be shipped back to their owners".
  9. And here is the problem. Every time a signing happens it seems books in QC and GEI go into limbo. Where is CGC pulling the time to fulfill these 6 week guarantees on SS books from? Oh wait, it is from all their regular submitters.

  20. Going to resurrect this thread and take new scans. Broke the old scanner out of storage as the new one has issue with slabs. Will retake scans of the books already listed that did not sell.
  21. I don't think it is an issue of not caring. They got crushed with submissions. I am sure stuff was stacked all over, and in the process, things were misplaced. Not making excuses, but you can see how, at a certain point, there is little you can do to swim upstream against the torrent of submissions looking for one of two that were misplaced. What I would expect from them is to have the fees refunded and they grade the books when they do locate them. That is the part they have control over. Hopefully, the worst is behind them, based on conversations I have had with management and those with some ability to make decisions on their own.
  22. They misplaced an order of mine from April, that eventually made its way down the line and got graded. This is just speculation on my part but, I believe these books were placed in the wrong boxes and there is no real way to look for them under their current backlog. Sucks it happens, but my experience is that they eventually do show up.
