love the colors on this one.

Posted in the Tec thread but thought would put both together here:
are d.c. collectors fond of these books?
just kidding George; tremendous group shots indeed.

A nice pairing of Big Head villain covers, Billy!! Awesomeness.
thank ryan; i can't wait to get it in.
-
Way to go geek (thumbs u
thanks boy.
-
yeah the 4 best imho too! The drowning cover is so wonderful because of the sickly coloring on the eyes & lips... yeesh...
the goat-poo green of the skin is worth mentioning, as well.
-
Sweet WoF! That is a cool cover. I like #3 (tribal mask), #10 (eyeballs) and this one is also a fav!
wonderful.

have always thought this book had a natural bookend; since getting it, i've been after the other.
and i was able to grab it tonite; very happy about those white pages.
-
among the 'small' m mysteries, this has always been one of my favorite covers, Sardo. well done.
-
this little beaut arrived today, and closed my Mystic run... thanks to Paul!
that's going to be a tough centerfold to find; i'll be looking for it, geek.
-
thanks guys; it's among my favorites, to be sure. compliments of ciorac from the old more fun collection.

Here is my newest Young Allies purchase. I know it is in low grade, but I really love the war cover (which was the last one of the series), and the book looks much better than a 3.5.
nice copy, and nice schomburg cover. here's mine. had to bump this thread as we can't go almost 5 days between timelys.

I can't believe I ignored Daring and Mystics for so long....
it's understandable, with the funny stuff run taking up so much of your time.
I will say one thing, funny stuff was a GREAT run to share with my son (thumbs u
unfortunately, he doesn't care for Daring or Mystic, so I am on my own!
i talked to the little dude; he hates funny stuff. acted like he didn't just to humor you.

I'm still only up to page 40 in reading this thread. Many of the groups pictured take my breath away. After seeing the awesome Mystics on the Timely thread, I was inspired to try out this group shot. My favorite Timely title.
very, very nice.

and while i was at it, did the same thing to the men's adventures. pardon the camera strap--they were already put away by the time i noticed, and i was flat too lazy to do it again.

Ciorac's post of the year!i was asked to post this over here. i like them Very much.Very cool books Billy. And Venus ryhmes with your favorite sausage. How cool is that?
if pons enjoys my favorite sausage, the sight of my young men is bound to make him gay of heart. seriously, i don't think i've ever seen the full young men run up, along with the cowboy romances progenitors.

This is the picture I took when I attended the opening night festivities of Geppi's Entertainment Museum in September 2006.
And this is the scan I made tonight in my home. :cloud9: :cloud9: :cloud9::cloud9::cloud9: :cloud9: :cloud9: :cloud9:
i'm not a d.c. guy, but if you don't like action 2, you don't like funny-books. wonderful book, mark. [made sure i got that comma in there so no one would think i meant that the action would make a good bookmark for a timely].

Thanks to Bangzoom for getting me hooked on buying all these darn disturbingly insane Phantasmo issues!
very, very nice Mark; i must confess, his scans made me take note and i'm thinking of going after a few.

have always loved this one; #2 as well, but it ain't l.b.
