  1. It matters what the darkening around the edges is. Can you provide shots of the inside of the cover? I'd go 7ish barring additional information
  2. 4.5 b/c of the split, otherwise would have been 6ish
  3. See below. 1 book/post. Max 3 books/day
  4. Pressing can only improve non-color breaking defects. On the front cover there are several color breaks. Could be more on the back
  5. condition is >9.2, as to value & selling, I'd recommend looking at either recent sales on ebay or looking at online price guides. Some books will be easier to sell, others might not command a price that it would be worth your time.
  6. the shadows are bad, but that looks like a light stain, which would probably set the upper limit at 8.0 & might go lower from there.
  7. Is the top staple completely detached? How is the bottom staple?
  8. >9.0. Anecdotally, this is a book they are harder on than others at least the direct edition. Mine came back at least 2 grades lower than expected. Notes and appearance are consistent with other books with the higher grades. Seems to happen with some books that get submitted a lot. Lots of comps to help pick apart the tiniest defects.
  9. 1.0. Complete & most of the cover is present. May present an encapsulation issue b/c of the multiple detached parts
  10. It's a little easier to see from the inside. I'd say the front & back covers are pretty comparable.
  11. interior creases likely won't impact at this grade
  12. 7.0/7.5. The newer the book, the harder they are on it
  13. 0.5 as-is as long as you stay above 50% of the original wraps. Below that it's a NG. Married copies will be green label. The question would be (if you can find another worthy copy to work with), is a married green label worth what it would cost to get the job done? IDK, it's hard to say without a lot of green married books for comparison. I'd guess just finding another copy would be challenging.
  14. Front cover photo looks to be in the bag. Can't grade it in the bag.
