I still miss the old boards.

Thxs for the info.

File copies I mean.

Can anybody tell me if they found warehouse copies of all Harvey Horror titles and issues or only of specific titles/issues?

I only regret sending books back to the seller. A Flash 123 for 20 bucks because it had extra staples that were not mentioned. A CGC AF 15 ow/w 4.5 sl A resto. & bottom trimmed bc the seller wanted 1700 and I was only willing to pay 1400 bucks. Never got burned so far. I am very cautious. Biggest mistake: Selling my collection.

This is issue #1 (there are only 7 issues). It's uncommon, but not quite as rare as one might think. Very popular collectible however. In my last guide (12 years ago) I put this at about $200 (in this condition). I haven't checked yet to see how much it might have changed since then. Rumor has it I'm finally working on the 3rd edition.
Thanks for the info.

Here's a link to my friend Lewis' website....... lots off really cool anecdotes and memories about collecting from the 60's on........
http://pristine.webspaceforme.net/sandvox3/
..... everything from San Diego to a Marvel Back issue List from the mid 60's to the audio tapes of the CBM Interview with Robert Bell with segments that were edited out of the article due to size constraints. Easily several hours of reading. GOD BLESS...

Thanks for the link. I read it all at once. I love those stories.

People were dressed better then. Nowadays the T shirts and shirts seem to have no form.

Despite the price surges in the last years (they are connected with the zero interest rates and that cannot last forever) I am still convinced they will come down eventually. Because new collectors dont come in any near the numbers oldtimers drop out.

I told him to pound sand.
"Go pound sand". I remember that guy selling a sealed bag with FF 48s or so.

I recently read the BM Kirby story with the glass stone that shows how people are inside. Liked it. But from the PCH collector standpoint I would buy the beware.

Its great that Barks ducks are not in very high demand and Dell had high print runs. So that group of books is cheap to obtain.

I love the 80s. In summer of 1980 I bought my first Overstreet. Timely theme.
ST: Very Lovecraftian and "The mist"like.

As you may have noticed we now have millions of unvetted persons from all over the third world in Germany. So it can be assumed the fraud rate will skyrocket.
