  2. Good question! Yes you would. That said, the premium benefits for our other companies (NGC and PMG) have a different discount rate for the Elite/Premium/Associate level memberships so be sure to check the specific company before making a new submission.
  3. Hello @Vitomac5, Great question! Usually, our automated accounting software bills cards within 1-2 weeks after the submission has been received and is visible on your submission tracking page. This is not a guaranteed timeline though. In some cases, (like when a submission is sent through pressing) the full payment will not be processed until much later. Thanks for your patience.

Unfortunately, if you would like our team to review this further or place the book into a new encapsulation, it would need to be sent through the paid reholder service.   12. Hello @breakbusters, Sorry for the confusion this caused. This is mentioned on our articles for the signings but it is usually at the bottom of the instructions so it can be missed. So with this, once ordered, we will ship the bags to you for you to add them to your books. One thing to mention, if you do not need to use OUR window bags for these signings but if you can not secure window bags otherwise, they must be utilized. Thanks for checking!
  13. Hello @AJI3, I found a copy of this book for sale on eBay. From the image, this would not have been rejected for the explicit image. That said, we have not graded any penthouse magazines previously. You can review this HERE. This is likely due to the size of the book instead of the images. There should be a note of this with the submission when it is returned with more insight. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused. As a reminder, we can only grade magazines that fit within the following dimensions: 11-1/2" tall x 8-7/8" wide x 1/2" thick. Because this was rejected for this reason, I have processed a refund to your card for this grading fee. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused.

  17. Hello @AeroJim The value we ask for is an insurance value, the amount you would feel comfortable with in terms of a replacement value if the book was lost or damaged. Each tier of service covers up to a maximum specified insurance level, select the tier of service which will accommodate the declared value for your item. These can be viewed online at Services and Fees. We encourage you to be conservative as we do not reimburse if it has been over-valued. If a book were grossly under-valued, we would contact you to bump the book to a higher grading tier and you would just pay the difference in the grading fees at that time. Details can be viewed online with our Declared Value Policy. If you have any questions, please let us know.

    Hello, You can find the steps to submit HERE. That said, the TMNT book we would not be able to encapsulate if the cassette insert is attached to the book. Also, for the Star Wars book, CGC does not currently recognize unwitnessed signatures. Because of this, at this time, this book would receive a green-qualified label. That said, we announced yesterday some great news for books like this that have unwitnessed signatures. More information will be coming on this new service next month, but for now, you can read more about this HERE.

Because everything is still included, it may receive a blue label, but we can not confirm this until the book is in hand with our graders. I am sorry for the inconvenience!
