@BR0B0T These labels are swapped out after they have been in circulation for a full year. There is no set date they will expire but we will announce it ahead of time to give our customers a period to get the ones they want before they are gone. That said, be sure to not wait till the last chance/last call notification. In some cases, because of the large influx of submissions this causes, we may run out of a specific label type before receiving your order in-house. As for the new labels, our social media team may tease some labels before the official release, but I can not confirm that is a definite occurrence.

Hello All! I wanted to share with you some more information we recently found with our certification lookup tool. Our team has been made aware of several submissions/certification numbers that are not showing on the certification lookup tool. Our IT team is currently working to get this resolved. Once I have a confirmation of this I will let you know! In the meantime, if you have a certification number that is not showing in the cert lookup tool, please reply to this with the cert number. I will be reviewing each of these with IT so they can better diagnose the issue as needed. Thanks for your understanding! Hello @QuasarComics, Thanks for contacting us! This is a glitch in our system. Our IT team is working to correct this error currently. This error affects several certification numbers on our census. I will be making a post at the top of the boards shortly for customers to report these certification numbers as well so we can get a record of all the numbers affected. Thanks for your patience.

That said, earlier this month we did share some more instructions on INTL Returns that you can review HERE. I would suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more information on this. Hello @GS Williams, Good news! This order has now been completed and will be moving to shipping very shortly. Thank you for your patience on this order. It seems the majority of the timeline was spent in pressing. In some cases, multiple presses are required for books which does increase the timeline for them to be completed. Hello @Spazz1591 Yikes! I am sorry for the inconvenience! We should be able to reholder this book and keep the SS qualification. Please be sure NOT to remove the label. When submitting this through the reholder service, after completing the form, please write on the packing slip some more information on how it was damaged (in the move as you have done here) for our graders to review. If our graders determine the label was swapped or the book is not the same as listed we will contact you with more information via email.

Hello @awakeintheashes, Correct! Good eye! This is one of the exceptions to the rule. The reason for this is the Newsstand (and blank Newsstand) editions have covers made from a different lighter stock than the direct edition. While most Newsstand editions only have a newsstand UPC added, in this case, the paper stock is completely different warranting the variant. Thanks for checking!

Hello @mg2row5, The online form is unable to display available grading credits or bill for submissions. The reason for this is we must verify what you stated you are sending in is what we received. You will receive your invoice number(s) when your order has been processed at the CGC office. No charges will be processed until your order is received in our facility. Any available member credits will be applied automatically before processing the charge. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused.

Your two Oldest submissions are nearing the end of this timeline so you should see an update on these very soon. As for the newest submission, this still has a bit to go for its estimated turnaround time. Rest assured once these make it to the front of the line you will see those statuses change pretty quickly. CGC currently accepts concert posters from some of the most highly coveted vintage poster series: Bill Graham, Bill Graham Presents, Family Dog, Grande Ballroom, Neon Rose, Art of Rock, New Fillmore Series, and Moonalice. Hello @kcm54, During the last month of your membership, you will receive an email regarding your renewal. At that time you can elect to upgrade or stay at the same level. Please note, at any time, upgrading from Premium to Elite, the full upgrade (minus a small discount for the unused months of membership) is due. Whether you upgrade now or at your expiration, the price will be roughly $280. The reason for this is that when you upgrade you receive a new expiration date to allow a full year of those benefits. Additionally, when you upgrade, you receive a NEW $150 credit to your account on top of the original discount. I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

Unfortunately, the resources, personnel, time, and frankly headache it takes to offer this opportunity for comic submissions is no longer something we offer. I am sorry for the inconvenience. If you would like to submit this to us, it would have to be through the mail, or by dropping it off at a show we are attending directly. I am sorry for the inconvenience. One other opportunity is you could work with a dealer in your area to drop the book off at our office directly. All shipments are a direct signature required with restrictions that do not allow packages to be rerouted or the address changed once they have shipped. These restrictions are in place to protect the security of your returning collectibles and they cannot be removed or amended. However, you may change the address at any time prior to shipment with a written (email) request. Please note that updating your information on file does not change the shipping address of any orders already in process. A written request (email) is required to change the shipping address on orders in process. If a shipment is unable to be delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to the sender. Once a shipment is returned to CGC and processed through our mail queue, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and make the necessary reshipping arrangements. Changes to the shipping method and/or address are made by replying to the RETURNED SHIPMENT email notice directly. The RETURN SHIPMENT email will be sent to the account holder and the account holder must respond to that email directly to arrange any changes and re-delivery. Orders can be shipped to any address of your choosing; a place of business or directly to a FedEx location to be held for pickup.  (Note: FedEx has partnered with Walgreens to offer additional pickup locations. Great question! Yes Newsstand Editions are not currently listed on our census separately. The reason for this is Newsstand Edition is a label designation added to the book and not its variant for the vast majority of books. There is only a handful of exceptions to this rule. Because of this not being listed as a variant all you will see listed on the submission tracking page is "collectors edition". Rest assured the Newsstand designation will be reviewed and added accordingly by our graders to the label. Thanks for checking!
