  1. Hello! I could not locate an account associated with your email. Please contact us from the email associated with your account. If you did not create an account when submitting, it is likely this was submitted through a facilitator in which case we will need to direct you to the facilitator your submitted through for more info. Any chance you have a copy of the receipt from the show?

As this service is for books that have already been signed but not witnessed by our Signature Series team, if you have a book (raw, in a qualified label, or in a Green/Yellow label) that you would like to receive JSA Authentication for the unwitnessed Signature, we will review it, if it is submitted through this service regardless of the signer.

  5. @ADAMANTIUM @eastbayrudy Thanks for the tag! You can submit a book with multiple Sigs. Reminder: The fee for this is $25 per Signature. @ADAMANTIUM the 2 sig maximum is for the SIGNATURE GRADING service. But if you have a book with 10+ sigs, you can submit this through the CGC x JSA service to have each signature reviewed. We just can not grade the signatures BUT will still grade the book.

  8. Correct. This is not a mandatory service. Just an additional offering through CGC x JSA.
  9. CGC x JSA will only offer this service for up to 2 books period. Example: If your book has 3 unwitnessed sigs and you requested this Sig Grading service this add on would be removed as it can not apply.

  12. Hello @BashBrosCollecting, Yes that is correct. While your membership has expired, as this packing slip was created before the expiration, the cards will still be processed accordingly. That said, you will not be able to create any new submissions with this discount level unless you renew your account. Thanks!
  13. Hello, Great question! These holders are specifically designed to holder pulps and are reviewed by our encapsulation team directly. However as this is a brand new service, please send us an email with a video of the movement you are seeing. We will review this with our leadership team to see if there is a possibility to have this returned for review and possibly reholder in a different encapsulation. Thanks for checking!

Double check your shipping address is correct for me before submitting this packing slip. If it is correct, send me a DM with a screenshot of the address.   16. Hello @forbiddenwon If you are unsure of which variant to select from the dropdown menu please select "I can't find my book" instead. Due to the number of different variants of this book in our system, 100+ (I wish I was joking), we would need this in-house to confirm what the specific variant is titled for our labels and census. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

  18. Thanks again for working with us on this and informing us of the Newsstand Editions versus Direct. For any other customers who had a newsstand but whose pricing originally reflected a direct, we are reviewing these currently. If you already received an offer yesterday, we will be following up with you shortly with an adjusted offer accordingly. If you have not yet received an offer letter and your book has already completed its review, we are still waiting on the insurance company to review some of these situations.   19. Thanks for contacting us. If the cards are unlicensed, CGC will not be able to add them a guarantee. Therefore these cards may be rejected from grading. If this occurs, any grading fees charged will be refunded back to your card. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused.

To do this, please send us an email with the submission numbers you would like to update and the new shipping address.   22. Hello! Currently, the maximum dimensions we accept for items such as this is through our Magazine tier with the dimensions being 11-1/2" tall x 8-7/8" wide x 1/2" thick. Because this is larger than these dimensions we would not be able to encapsulate this program, unfortunately. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
