they look nice to me!! nice pickups!! That's a nice lookin' 5! Ya think it'd grade at least a 5.0? Mine's about a 4.0...maybe 3.5... Maybe a 5.0 or a 4.0. The back cover is ok with no major defects. Anyway, we'll find out for sure in about six weeks (?). I am packing it up for a Florida vacation.

Have to say that I agree with you there, Jon. I do love those Zolnerowich covers! And indeed, the entire run of Planet is just great. I'm a cover man, myself, but for those who have never actually opened up almost any issue of Planet and read the stories and looked at the beautiful artwork throughout most issues, it is a real treat! I've posted this before, but this is just another example of beautiful Zolnerowich goodness. By the way, Jon, gorgeous Planets you have there. I especially like the #11 and #14. — Rick

Wow!!!! Great books guys. What a haul of Spideys! And, Torch, two beautiful books. I'm sooooo dying to start picking up some WDCS (have you seen the offering in the upcoming Heritage auction? ) I may try and go after some of the lesser expensive ones .

I like that Marvel, never noticed it before. Nice sky colors. That's what attracted me to the book too, although by GA standards the colors are pathetic. Hey Sterling, do you remember what you were doing five years ago on Christmas eve?

I have nothing to show. I told myself (and my wife) that I would probably take 2009 off from buying comics, but it's been just a couple of weeks and I'm shaking like an addict. And it's not even 2009 yet!!!!!

Thanks. One of only a handful left. This is not OO, but one of my favorite FF covers. I love that cover as well but when you go back to these things and bring some critical focus you wonder why Johnny Storm can't see that baddies at the window at least out of his peripheral... Then perhaps we can suspend a little more belief in general...we are talking about comic books with super-heros and super-villians... Not only that. How is Thing's arms going through the glass window? Still a neat cover.

always loved the CC stories, this is my best copy: Very nice copy!! The 33 is just as tough as the 31 IMO.
