It's not a JLA book, but I didn't know where else to put it. He is a member of the gang, so I'm hoping this won't make too many people mad. This is a tough book to find in HG.

You're right. I've got the entire CC run and the stories are a fun read. I often thought it would make a great televison series. Oh well...he's another book from a great under-rated series.

I posted this book a long time ago, but thought it deserved a second look. This is one tough book to find in HG. In fact, I looked three years before I found this copy (which I've had for probably three or four years) and have never seen another high grade copy. Not the most popular title, but one tuff lava monster!

I've never seen this cover before but am completely in love with it. What a fantastic book! 'gratz -Rob- the only copies I have seen have been lower grade...really does look "nice" in high grade... the MH of this one was talked about this summer Thanks, guys. It is a very pretty book. I wish my scanner could do it justice. I must have missed the summer posts on the MH copy. I do think this is my favorite cover of the run, however, the #1 and 10 are right up there with this one.

Good idea. I'm really wanting a #6 in 9.0 or so, ow/w or better, so don't bid on any that come up for auction. I think that is a very underrated book. Thoughts?

Hey, Steve. I really wanted either the FF 15 or 16 (9.2 whites!!) in the CL auction, but in the end, just couldn't pull the trigger. I did pick up a #37 in the Heritage auction. It hasn't arrived yet, but here is their scan. Overpaid for sure, but tuff in high grade. I think you also have a nice copy (except yours has those ugly white pages . Interesting, my brother's name is Steve. You're not him, are you? If you ever come up this way, shoot me a PM. — Rick

Steve THAT is impressive....can't wait to see it.Very tough in high grade. I was just looking on the census and noticed that a 9.6 FF 13 has been added.
