  1. The digital copies on PS3 and Xbox have the DLC as well, and I actually like the original graphics, as the PS4/Xbox One version changes the face and body to fit the new actress (why, I have no idea?) - I prefer the original Lara myself. What Has Happened to Lara Croft's Face in PS4 Port Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition? http://www.pushsquare.com/news/2014/01/what_has_happened_to_lara_crofts_face_in_ps4_port_tomb_raider_definitive_edition They also got rid of the "grim and gritty" Lara in favor of a more PG-line: Honestly, from this limited footage, I like the original face better, though I’ll have to reserve final judgement for when I play the game itself. There’s also a tangential critique about Croft not looking as “gritty and dirty” in the new footage, when the old version of the character was constantly covering in blood, mud and grime. 8-bit.
  2. 3rd. The later the printing, the more valuable it is at the moment.
  3. If he does come back, I'm pretty sure he will be easy to spot. His "enthusiasm" is already legendary.
  4. Word. Even though they probably would have lost to Seattle, too. That defense is off the charts.
  5. Those beautiful comics with that ugly hat! j/k +1 Not kidding Go Chargers. Chargers disappointed me. Being a lifelong Patriot fan, I get nervous around this time. I just hope manning folds, as he usually does, when Brady is on the other side. I'm a Pats fan too, we should go see a Pats game together and we can talk comics in between plays Brady is 7-0 against a Del Rio defense FYI. I have a bad feeling about this game, unless Blount gets it going. At least it's not f'ing Eli he's up against. 2007 Pats weren't physical enough, 2011 Pats had the worst defense to ever make it to a SB. Broncos have a terrible pass defense, 2013 Pats pass defense is so much better than in recent years, They just need to get Peyton off his spot, He'll throw at least one INT this game. I see the Pats winning in a close game. I'm not looking forward to Peyton yelling out "OMAHA" about 40-75 times tomorrow. My copies of MOS 17 and 18 actually came from the Omaha Collection. Denver.
  6. HOLY!! He gave me this line recently too. The Tales of the Teen Titans 44 in his Copper sales thread came from me just a few weeks ago from a part cash-part trade deal. When the cash wasn't coming through, and I inquired about a status, he gave me the medical situation story. But that level of detail floors me. I wonder if his dad has this going on, and he is repeating what he is hearing. That is, if his dad is still alive, and this isn't a Norman Bates situation. "Hi, and thanks for emailing me about that farm property. When you arrive, my son will have to meet you to show you around. I'm very busy with a medical situation." No doubt that Pappy is behind this. They picked the right book, too. Low cost, high potential (movie.) Just sad.
  7. Brought up to speed. Ho..lee..&$@%! I thought I'd seen everything here over the last decade.
  8. Can I get the Cliff notes for this Friday's drama? I'm just joining the fun.
  9. Got my atari 800 yesterday. Played me some Pac-Man, Hardball, Fort Apocalypse, and the reason I bought it.. 4 player M.U.L.E. Can't quite get the hang of the joystick. Even an expensive one. Luckily, I can use a Genesis game pad in its place. Still can't figure out how to load discs with multiple "friendly" games on them. Lost there. Anyone have any idea?
  10. My bad... For some reason I thought he was asking if it was worth something Some of the games are really valuable, but it's not one of those systems people focus on. I tend to like the more obscure to collect. Intellivision, odyssey, and others. For money purposes, I collected NES almost exclusively.
  11. I've heard mean things about Dark Souls. But harder than GnG? That's a bold statement. Same with Battletoads. My friend got so pissed playing this game, he launched the whole system across his yard ,into the street.
  12. Word. I just bought one for the entertainment value. It's one of the few older systems you can still get really cheap. These things were $1000 when they came out in 1979!
  13. Anyone know their ancient game systems? I'm looking into getting an Atari 800, but I need to know what components I'll need to get playing right out of the box. I had a Commodore 64 a long time ago, and I figure it's similar. Unfortunately, my aging memory won't allow me to remember these things. Can it be hooked up to a TV, or do I need one of the old monitors? Thanks for any info.
  14. Words of wisdom. It's definitely a collectible genre in its infancy. I should have bought the gold cart I was offered 10 years ago for 5K.
  15. For how fast it shot up, I figured it was inevitable it would take a quick drop. Not back to the 250-300 range, but certainly not the 800-1000.
  16. That was at $500 for almost a week. The snipers were hot on that book.
  17. Unlikely. Being an error of some kind is more likely. I just wish there were more examples of different books having this same error. In the history of marvel, this scenario should have happened a few more times than just these two books. That's just my feeling on the matter. The difference with these books is that somebody probably took them from the printer's building and held on to them. In almost every other instance, these books would never have left the printing building, but would have been destroyed. These books are probably examples that "fell off the truck", and were taken by an dishonest employee. Due to the many copies of xmen classic that are out in the wild, I have a hard time putting this book in the same category as the 302. My quest for the truth continues.
  18. Attempting to break the world record for paper airplane duration. My avatar changes regularly.
