  1. What are you feeling? Do you really wanna know? Yep. Well, at that moment I was feeling about seven pounds of .
  2. Awesome in tuna as well And in an omelette wouldn't it be considered "cooked" then, or do you mean sprinkled over an omelette? Sprinkled..you mean diced? I would think that a diced onion is what it becomes. No longer whole, it is now diced. Sprinkling is what you do to the diced onion. Capiche? I believe at that point the onion has been molested. If nothing else, it has been altar boyed.
  3. That was entertaining, but I'm just not feeling the sincerity.
  4. Why would you even pass on information relayed to you be such an obvious person_too_unaware_of_social_graces? Frankly, I'm disappointed in you, Rick, for dredging this muck back up to the surface. Apparently, poor taste needed a spokesperson. because he politely asked me to, however, don't confuse a messenger with a spokesperson... I found it interesting that the book actually graded 9.2 (speculating on how, but that is a different story) (thumbs u Dear Rick, It was so nice to see you on the boards again, I'm glad to see that you're doing well. If you wouldn't mind a favor, I'd like to kindly ask that you give me your Action 1. If it's not too much trouble, any Detectives you have in your posession would go nicely with it too. I wish you all the best, Dan I asked politely... (this one is for Doc)... "no"
  5. that 5guys burgers is pretty good too...yum 5guys burgers are last meal worthy (thumbs u The news did a piece on them the other night. One 5 guys burger has the same # of calories as 2 quarter pounders from McDonalds. Wonder if that includes mayo and other toppings? I'm happy with just the burger, cheese, pickle, lettuce, raw onion and ketchup. I may need to go there for lunch today now... Raw oninon?? I'd rather have a nail driven into my eye than eat raw onion! I can arrange that, Gramps.
  6. that 5guys burgers is pretty good too...yum their fries suck though Not so, sir.

What's the point? I think, or rather I hope, you get the gist. No more Bonnie to Frank's Clyde.

Besides, he can speak for himself, obviously. He's only using you due to your level of respect. How does it feel to be Frank's Mini Me? I see your point...what's done is done... on a side note, I would rather be your "mini me", but if not, I can stand on my own We'll do pizza on Thursday.

  11. Reading this thread makes me feel like I'm five again.
  12. I'm sorry Doc, is there an issue here you wish to raise? It's an open forum, please by all means go right ahead and speak your mind. That list is privileged information that not everyone has access to through normal channels. It is inappropriate to post it via a public forum. It can lead to assumptions concerning affiliation that are incorrect. If you are so concerned for those individuals welfare, then contact them privately on an individual basis as I'm sure you have their email addresses or other contact information at hand. You are the one who first mentioned Dupcake. All Zaid said was you may have been defrauded if your ebay name was listed. Sure, I did. It was that obvious even while experiencing a bought of indigestion over Olive Garden at 3 AM. My fault was the exclusive posting of the word "buying" when it can include both buyers and sellers. What else would Zaid be posting about on the CGC message board? There's nothing like insufficient and unclear information to get assumptions or even accusations rolling. One might as well get down to brass tacks. I admit being at fault, but two wrongs still don't make it right.

  14. Is everyone on the list a buyer? No. I believe it is a combination of paypal records and eBay records and therefore includes sellers from which Danny bought some of the books he sold.
  15. , so much for my alternative theory that the list was PP-based and not ebay-based. I think it's combination of both.
  16. Well, I guess if you didn't want to be outed as buying from Dupcak it's a little late now.
  17. That is ridiculous. If Matt wasn't willing to put him the probation list, which he wasn't as he was refunded in full, then I don't see why anyone is voting on anything.
  18. This is ridiculous. The inmates have truly gained control of the asylum.
  19. TFL stiffed someone to the Nth degree. I'm not disappointed Frank's on the list, but he did not arrive there via the proper channels. The Doc has a point. If board members can vote people in then why note vote yannis in? Is it because he's more popular with board members? In Yannis' case there is a wronged party - and it's up to that person to decide whether he goes on the probation list or not. So, in the absence of the wronged party stepping up, then we should just throw his name on a ballot and let the chips fall where they may, right? I honestly thought that that was the main purpose of the Probation List / Hall of Shame - to warn the community about people who can't be trusted to conduct their marketplace transactions in an honest manner. Whether it's a single wronged person - or the community as a whole - that steps up the plate is irrelevant to me. I get your point, but it still equates to giving Frank a free pass - which I think is completely counter to the principles of the probation list system. I understand completely. He was an utter tool to a very close friend, but once you let the genie out, it's difficult to put her back in the bottle.
  20. TFL stiffed someone to the Nth degree. I'm not disappointed Frank's on the list, but he did not arrive there via the proper channels. I agree. I guess sometimes the ends justify the means. That's a tricky precedent to establish.
