Congrats on the grade! No way to do anything with the Fed Ex shipping after it has shipped (ie sign online, hold, redirect) Like others said, some drivers have dropped off while others will not without signing.

If you are going to NYCC, CGC announced that they are having a private signing there with him at their booth along with some others like Claremont.

Try calling them direct, (+1) 855-GRADE10 (855-472-3310) I did this recently for both, for hold and to check if they released hold. Call answered pretty quick and reps very helpful.

I received my Peach Momoko CGC SS today. Very happy with them. Wish I had waited as I saw she will have another signing and that it will offer custom labels, Timeline: 07/06 - Received at CCS (signed on 07/18) 08/09 - SFG 08/15 - GEI 08/18 - G/QC 08/31 - Shipped 09/05 - Received! Note, I did call CGC to hold this for a week after it went G/QC as I was not going to be around to receive as it looked like it was going to ship soon. They held it for a week and sent it to shipping dept on 08/25. Another delay with shipping due to Hurricane. Received shipping info that it would be delivered on 09/05 but it actually came sooner and was attempted on Sunday 09/03. (FedEx delivers on Sundays??). Unfortunately, not home to receive so it came today. I do like the new feature that photos of slab appears now when you view details about it. And I did get a graders note on my 9.6 which was asurprise, slight fingerprint on cover.

If you to the Events Page for the Sig Series, it tells you where they will be signing. For both, they were at CGC Headquarters

I wonder if perhaps those are from SDCC drop off signing, is it? The CGC SS is not due till Oct

Key issue? That is an understatement . It's funny that CGC does not notate anything about him (ie 1st full appearance) except for the misspelling on the cover. How was that missed by Image?

New to collection. Book back from Artgerm private signing. Opted for the custom label.

Non Ross update. Got my Artgerm book back and it arrived on a Sunday. Yes, Fedex delivers on Sundays Timeline 05/09 - Received at CCS 06/28 - SFG 06/30 - GEI 07/11 - G/QC 07/12 - Shipped 07/16 - Received

Was waiting to see your comment on this issue. Feel your pain. Shocking not to see a 9.8/9.6. The paper quality was not ideal. When one (9.8...even a 9.6) does come out of the wild....the asking price will be high. I am hoping for the best for my copy when I send in after clean/press. Beautiful cover by Tan.

For my 1 recent submitted book, it took about 8 business days to get to Shipped Status.

What was said is true if you ARE attending however as OP stated, will not be attending. You will need to fine a facilitator who you can work with to get book signed. You will need to mail your books to them and they will handle it for you. Not sure if the list is out for NYCC but check for vendors. Some that come to mind Captured Collectibles & Agents of Slab. You may also want to check the sub-forum SigSeries Central for other facilitators posting that they will be going to NYCC. Good Luck!

Hi, I received my books back and surprised at grade for one of my books. The grader notes states, Light Rippling to Cover. Checking the book I do not see any waviness/rippling so confused at the notes. Book is very crisp to my eyes so unsure what notes refers to. Any info about what this means and what to look for? I had book pressed by CCS which I thought would address issues like that (my order 4195195, can you verify if pressed?). Should I send pics of book for review? Thanks

FYI, He will be appearing at the Fan Expo in Boston (August 5-6.). Not sure who will be facilitating but another show he will be appearing at if that helps.

Been a while since I posted but finally some action. Received my Chris Claremont submission. I am very happy with the result. The grade was higher than I thought it would be. Been looking to upgrade prior but the cost for a nicer copy was a bit high for me. Bought at release and read many times throughout the years. CCS pressing did improve and help as it was beat up. I do like the way it looks slabbed and the label. Timeline 03/27 - Received at CCS 04/11 - Signed 04/27 - SFG 05/04 - G/QC 05/08 - Shipped 05/10 - Received
