For this signing event, it is a drop off. You fill out form and drop off books for them to sign. For raw books, they should be in window bags for where they will sign. For books in slab, if you want signature to be in specific place then create one as well and hand it to rep along with the slab. They will crack open and place book in the window bag. Note, there will be a charge for cracking it.
As for shipping, remember, books will be signed and then pressed if you selected and then encased and then shipped back to you at later time (they claim up to 8 weeks after). The signings are not for pick up when you are there if that is what you were thinking.
