  1. It's good to see that SA DC books are gaining some ground, but still has a long ways to catch up to the Marvel keys. I don't think it will ever come to that. Marvel is just rollling right now.
  2. Definitely good to know. Been a while back since we have brushed on with sub crease. I used to think that if the book is practically mint, but has a sub crease going vertically down (top to bottom), it would automatically grade in the VG range. Well, I can wipe that out of my memory bank now
  3. And he has this too at the end of his descriptions "Buy with confidence from a 17-year, 100% Feedback eBay member." How can we buy with confidence if you don't honor your sales?
  4. This is what movie hype does to a comic book Does this mean that the current sale prices are now the new fmv? Time will tell. Also a chance that it's all talk but not 100% sure the movie will get made?
  5. Wish I knew that then or I probably would've bought a few books with lighter sub crease. Practically boardies then were talking about how the highest grade for it was a 4.5, mostly 4.0. I don't recall anyone saying that it would grade any higher.
  6. Yeah back then a subscription crease from the top to bottom would grade at around a 4.5 as the highest. Things have now changed I guess.
  7. Great colors on that copy. Unfortunate about the staining and rusty staples. You can see some of the staining at the bottom front cover also now just the back.
  8. Well if he does relist, someone else should win/buy the book and then give him another neg. without paying
  9. On a lighter note, I just got my AF 15 in the mail today from CGC. Proud to have it back in my hands
  10. With 752 posts, has he trolled in all of them?
  11. You really think this 6.5 copy will outsell the nice 8.5 copy that sold for 158k with your prediction at a whopping 200k!?
  12. Yes I believe he did own the book too, but I have another guy in mind. Not sure out of the two who had it last.
  13. I remember that Action 7 from a while back. I think I inquired to buy the book from the owner but he declined many years ago.
  14. Yep negative and move on. He knows that auction style carries somewhat of a risk if the item sells for cheap. Having his starting bid at that price is like the min. amount you would sell it for.
  15. Wow that's a nice copy! I like the date stamp at top.
