  1. Yup, it is the flavor of the month. Seeing a bunch of copies that sold and are currently at auction as we speak. Eventually, like the other major SA keys that sold for higher prices last year, this book will also see a correction.
  2. It's hard to imagine that it is a stain or fungus/mold. I don't think those defects are allowed in books graded 9.2 or higher. I'm leaning towards a printing defect of some sort.
  3. Strange.. When I typed in the CGC cert # to look up the grader's notes, it says there is an error
  4. Roughly $650K bump from previous sale. Seems solid. Yep that's a pretty successful price for the book. It was purchased around 2017 and it took 5 years to move it.
  5. This 7.0 copy ended for a very strong price . Last few 7.0's have sold in the $40k range. I wonder why this copy was so special.
  6. And it's back.... Again for the millionth time!? Why can't this book get any love and just stay in someone's collection? https://www.comiclink.com/itemdetail.asp?id=1591225
  7. Yeah not bad at all. Sure it wasn't the record high of $225k a couple months ago, but it's still a solid hammer price. I'll take it!
  8. They had a price tag of $775k during this year's Wondercon when it was up for display.
  9. Bat 1 CGC 4.5 sold for $345k. Their asking price at Wondercon was $510k. Quite a discount from that.
  10. Similar to ST 110, what if it had the cover of Doctor Strange #169? I think AS8 would've been a top 5 GA book if that happened.
  11. AS 8 is the greatest comic cover ever I No WW on cover.. I passed on this book every time I had the opportunity to buy. Still prefer Sensation 1, that's just me.
  12. Looks like the Tec 1 is doing well and climbing on the back of the 5.0 copy that Heritage sold not too long ago at roughly $100k, but with brittle pages. The 5.0 copy has much better eye appeal though than this 3.0. We'll see where this ends up. Strong price thus far, and it's at the value where it should be kept long term and not a quick flip.
  13. There's only a very small pool of buyers who are interested in the early Action Comics non-Superman covers. It's always been that way it seems. More people are attracted to classic covers and superhero covers.
  14. I don't follow Action 2 much and its past sale trends, but looks like a pretty good deal.
  15. The Action 7 sold at around the same price from the last time it was auctioned
  16. Not Pre-Robin, but it's available for sale
  17. Looks like you can celebrate with this when you have the book in hand
  18. PGX is the worst! Good luck with that if you plan on buying the book and submitting it to CGC.
