  1. I think you can find single pieces on ebay. They were the 1st productions and looks slightly different from these ones colorwise and face wise too! They're a new boutique toy company that will be re-making some of the classic 80s toy lines. Because they are a boutique toy company, sadly you won't be able to find these in any stores (Walmart, Target, etc.). I can tell you that they'll be spending more of my $$$ with them 😄. Ah yes Condor!!! I used to have Condor as a kid as well and it was my favorite MASK toy that I owned. We'll see how Ramen Toys fairs up with the MASK toy line. What I like about them is that they actually listen to us fans/collectors and make adjustments to the toys and boxes the figures are put in.
  2. I just can't fit em inside my CGC box and just never a fan of all that dead space
  3. Yeah it is sadly :(... I still needed to have them lol. I found out about this too late.. They may have had an early bird discounted price like they currently have right now for Mon-Star.
  4. How much was the centurions? I only had one as a kid with no gear I found somewhere. Always wanted a complete one for my collection. If that reasonable price might fill the hole like the tmnt I got. Check out their website for pre-orders: https://ramentoy.com/ They will also be producing Hacker in both toon colors or the original figure colors as well as John Thunder and the Land Drones. Also, they have MASK as their next projected toyline to re-make starting with Shark and Gloria Baker
  5. For those who have miscut books placed in those over-sized CGC slabs... Might want to think about re-submitting them so they can be placed in the regular sized ones instead.
  6. I pre-ordered this from Ramen Toys. Can't wait to get this in end of the month or sometime next month. The Centurions toyline were my favorites toys as a kid. I still have some of the originals, but I can't wait to add these into my collection Also pre-ordered Silverhawks Quicksilver. Looks much better than the Super7 version in my opinion.
  7. Pretty happy . Glad the book was not placed in those ugly oversized slabs. I guess CGC has managed to somehow fit badly mis-cut books into their regular sized holders.
  8. I'm thinking that was a hefty reach on the Goldin, and this is a somewhat more realistic result? Yes, this one is definitely more realistic. It's around $150k a point currently.
  9. Supes 1 CGC 5.0 sold for $720k.. A 3.0 sold at Goldin earlier this year for the same price
  10. Nope, not white pages AND it has marvel chipping. It's funny because a white pager copy sold just a week or two ago also onHA for $5,760 😆
  11. One off movie hype. Likely won't be repeated, just my guess of course.
  12. So people are technically paying hundreds or thousands of $'s for just the VHS box since the tape deteriorates as Buzzeta mentioned . Probably the biggest if not one of the biggest meme in the collectibles industry.
  13. I can't wait for the Netflix documentary to air
  14. I thought this would be an interesting book to share in this thread. It's not everyday you see a book so cockeyed and severely miscut including a few of the pages.
  15. I have a feeling there is some brittleness to the book. I'm assuming pages are all there? I'm guessing 2.5 for the possibility of the cover(s) being brittle, if not 3.0.
  16. What do you guys think? Book has an obvious miscut throughout. Getting it back from CGC next week.
  17. Whole lotta FF #1's comin up for auction. So far I counted 17 between the three major auction houses. Like I mentioned in the AF 15 club thread, would be interesting to see if prices hold up.
  18. Damn you hoarders!! No wonder I can't find a copy of some of these books
  19. When we first saw the sky high prices of silver age books in 2021, I predicted that golden age would be next for the bump up. Looks like it played out well this year. Overall, the comic market is strong for silver and golden age without any signs of slowing down. Sure we can currently see that silver age books have taken a slight correction from the highs of last year, but overall still strong. Seems that bronze age books and newer have taken a turn and dipping downward.
  20. Wake me up when AF 15's are selling between $5k-$6k for a CGC 5.0. I'll be buying again
  21. Whole lot of AF 15's coming up for auction next month in different grades. Would be interesting to see how the hammer prices hold up compared to current vales.
  22. Practically everything is in the red right now from stocks, to crypto, to collectibles.. What's next real estate?
  23. RIP Neal, he will be greatly missed!!! One of the best, if not the Best every artist. A buddy of mine told me that he has a comic book store here in the LA area. I'll be checking it out one day.
