  1. Thanks. It is also from the now defunct circle 8 pedigree and I'm pretty sure cgc no longer put this label citation on. So that is a bonus in my books.
  2. I've had this one for a while. I've probably posted it before, but looking through my books today I remembered how much I like it.
  3. I understand your frustration. If it were me I would try to be a bit more patient; the situation could be much worse and Rob told me they don't have full access to the office so the delay is reasonable. It's also hard to be much more proactive than they have been given how unusual these circumstances are. I hope you get your books soon.
  4. I don't mind the new site. I like that I can search for past sales (which wasn't available for most items previously). I haven't had much trouble using search (I usually search via genre and when I want something specific I usually know the title and issue number). My one qualm would be that it seems to be substantially slower.
  5. One of my favourites, Big signature Everett, war, red cover, and anti-communist. Not much more you could ask for.
  6. If that is strange then I'm in trouble Awesome stuff, you have great taste.
  7. I believe so, but am not 100% sure. I've definitely seen married centrefolds and wraps in green labels.
  8. It will get a green label for qualified not a restored label (provided you do no other work to it).
  9. One of the sharpest looking 5.5s I've ever seen. So happy to get this book!
  10. I would be around 4.0-5.0 leaning towards the lower end and bit too much edge wear and the staining on the FC lower right brings it down. As for conserved with archival tape I'm not sure on that one. I think CGC does not classify it as conservation but could be wrong. This video from Matt Nelson shows pics of some archival tape and they say that they don't consider it restoration:
  11. Wow that cover gives CSS 22 and FAC20 a run for their money. So gruesome!
  12. That's a purdy looking 4.0. What is keeping the grade down?
  13. Oh yeah GPA shows the $16k sale. I just can't find where the sale happened.
  14. Where was the 9.8 SPJO 9.8 sold? I missed that. It wasn't a 4k book as Clink sold a 9.8 for 9k last year.
