CGC doesn't seem to note these... oh yeah this is going to be fun!

I have seen many questions around multiple stages of the grading process at CGC. I realize the grading guides themselves won't be public, but I think a LOT of good could be done if CGC would release some sort of video that shows all the steps a comic goes through when it is received and what happens at each stage, removing any proprietary information of course. Most of the newer customers like myself have no visual concept of what happens to our comics when we send them and just showing the process broken down would go a long way towards providing us some measure of peace of mind about the entire process.

CGC could really use an information line at the top of all their web pages showing: "Currently opening regular comic submissions from the week of _________" "Currently opening regular card submissions from the week of _________" This should be an easy addition to the website and would provide some important information to us customers on a question that gets asked almost weekly.

Where are the 9.9s of UF4? By comparison NM 98 has 12 9.9 blues and 1 SS, and 1 10. UF4 has zero above 9.8. What would the first 9.9 pull at auction right now?
