  1. The Pajama Kid and Cap freak were two different people. I had both those pics at one time and posted them on here quite a few times. The pajama kid had blue little kids p.j.s on holding a book. I think he was caught up selling books and never sending them. Cap Freak was sitting at a table at one of the cons. I don't know if it was Human Torch or someone else that was sitting next to him or close by. Yeah Borock was tutoring him, and he turned out to be a complete m oron. I asked Borock about it at Wizard one year and he just rolled his eyes and threw his hands up.
  2. This is a low grade copy, but its very solid. Full length cover creases, one that goes through the whole book, but.........this book lays very flat. Wear, creases and some flaking down the spine but staples are pretty well attached. Centerfold is well attached. No pieces of chunks missing off the cover. Inside pages are nice and great Watcher story. 3.0 IMO but lets hear more.
  3. What are the two dark areas along the spine on the front cover? Back cover outside edge, is that a piece of tape? Centerfold is well attached? Inquiring minds want to know.
  4. Top edge has some over hang with light tears and creases. Book lays flat and has great color. Inside pages are nice, centerfold well attached. Thok You.......................................................................for looking.
  5. This copy has some chipping and creasing along the top edge. Center fold is well attached. Pages are nice and book has good color and lays nice and flat.
  6. Seriously though, this is horrible business. Who in the hell is overseeing stuff there, if anyone?
  7. Just sent him a P.M. I'll let you guys know if he responds.
  8. Don't give them any more ideas. How about a stack of clipped coupons out of Hulk 181? Those would go like hot cakes.
  9. That book is a solid 4.5, and maybe a shot at a 5.0. I don't see any edge tears and the centerfold looks good to.
  10. Or a dozen spine ticks knocks it out of the 9.8 category by a whisker. " is that a spine tick or a mouth "?
  11. No excuse for this krap, and having to wait 8/10 months for it.
  12. Hellen Keller would have at least felt those spine ticks and counted them.
  13. Me too. I'm starting to care less about ever slabbing a book again.
  14. I'm at 2.5. A bit too much wear and tear for me to go 3.0 but it's close.
  15. that sounds like something Spock would say on Star Trek.
