So, based on current Economy Tier TATs, CGC books (210 working days) delivered around Aug 2, 2021 should be completed. And CCS books (242 working days) delivered around Jun 15, 2021 should be finished pressing. Does anyone have any outstanding submissions delivered before these dates? Thx,

My Jul 26, 2021 delivered, Jul 27 2021 received 1 book slow-track no-CSS economy submission was shipped back to me on Mar 11, 2022. I don't recall seeing a later delivered and/or received submission being completed.

Thanks, I posted about this when the book shipped, and maybe once since. I've also noticed that there hasn't been any other mention of economy movement...

I had a 1 book ST Econ sub that was delivered on 7/26, received at CGC 7/27 (part of an order with a WK), and this book was shipped back to me on 3/11/2022.

If they stopped having artist signings until they clear the backlog, maybe that would help TATs.

I have 2 Modern submissions received by CGC/CCS on Jul 27, 2021 and 1 economy submission also received by CGC/CCS on 7/27/2021. They've all fallen off of the submissions page, and I'm not aware of any movement with any of the 3 submissions within CCS. With my prior submissions, I had a good experience with CCS. With these 3 submissions, the TATs doubled (at least) from when I mailed the books and now. I've just had a local guy press and clean books for me, and if all goes well I won't have to deal with CCS again.

Could the unicorns also pull submissions older than 8 months into the realm of the 8-and-under submissions? Can the unicorns press and grade?!!

What tier/services are you referencing? Economy w/CCS, Modern w/CCS...?

@wiparker824, when I search for any of my three outstanding submissions manually, I receive the same message as you stated above. Do you get this same message if you search for any of the 8/17 submissions manually? Thx,

Interesting, I have 2 modern and 1 economy submissions that were Received at CCS since 7/27. They've disappeared from my dashboard, and I haven't been charged yet.

@skybolt, for your 4/11 CCS submission have they charged your credit card yet? 4/11 is about 260 business days....

@joeypost, I had a 1 book non-CCS slow track economy submission received into CGC on 7/27. It shipped back to me on 3/11. Approximately 158 business days.

Jethro66, your motivations sound similar to mine. I am slabbing my most collectible books so that I can (hopefully) realize as much of their full value as possible when the time comes to sell. I had a billing issue with CGC in which CGC was not responsive that I have, so far, elected not to pursue with BBB because I don't believe (in my case) the catch is worth the chase. But I have reviewed the BBB page for CGC, and I agree with you that most of the posters there realized movement on their issues. You've made a good faith effort with CGC to resolve your issues, CGC HAS NOT MADE a good faith effort to respond, and it is probably very appropriate for you to contact BBB to raise the profile of your issue. Also, like you, I intend to hold my books for some time and don't need quick turnaround (or turnaround much earlier than stated TAT). CGC offers Modern and Economy tiers for a stated fee which includes customer service. They should support these tiers without the payment of add-on fees.

I had a one book non-CSS Economy submission received by CGC on Jul 27, 2021. Status changed to GEI on 2/9/2022, and it was shipped back on 3/11. I have 3 CCS slow track submissions (2 Modern 25 & 6 book, 1 Economy 22 book) that have been "Received at CCS" since 7/27. I have not been billed for any of these submissions, and I expect them to fall into the netherworld with your submission this weekend.
