  1. Thank you to @CGC Mike and to all the great Customer Service people at CGC! Happy New Year!
  2. Think of "scheduled for grading" as "in the queue". If it's waiting to be graded, then it's "in the queue for grading". If it's waiting to be reholdered, then it's "in the queue for reholdering". The system doesn't have a specialized status for a reholder.
  3. @JSPER, sorry this is your 1st CGC experience. For minor slab damage, you could create a submission as a Mechanical Error (as Et Al mentions). This would allow you to list and describe the issues with the damaged slabs. Also, this would allow you to create a prepaid label with insurance that you could use with the CGC box and packing materials to return your slabs to be reholdered on CGC's dime. I would suggest you contact CGC customer service at submissions@cgccomics.com, sending them some of the images you've posted here and asking them how to proceed. Since some of your slabs are so compromised, I don't think you can send your comic books back in these slabs without risking damage to the comics. I'll ping @CGC Mikeand see if has further guidance. Did the shipping box show signs of damage?
  4. Economy ST TATs now listed at 175 days. So if this is true, that would mean my 2 Economy ST submissions submitted on my behalf by a presser and received by CGC on Apr 14, 2022 should ship out roughly tomorrow...
  5. 7 Book Mechanical Error Submission 2022-10-26 Delivered to CGC 2022-11-08 CGC Received/SFG 2022-12-13 GEI/GQC 2022-12-14 Shipped If it hasn't shown as received and it was marked, I would call or e-mail.
  6. Economy ST TATs are on a burner!! Down to 216 days!
  7. The shipping label and packing slip will also be available under the "View my packing slips" link on the My Submissions page:
  8. I'm interested in having my order delivered to my local FedEx store and being held for pickup there. Hypothetically, let's say my name/address is John Smith 123 Main Street Anytown IN, 01234. My FedEx store address is FedEx Office Print & Ship Center789 Anytown IN, 01234. How should I enter my return shipping address in the submission process to have my submission(s) delivered to my FedEx store for me to pickup?
  9. I'm not sure, either. It took a little over a month, with a holiday, for my ME submission to go from SFG to GEi. And it sounds like you're about 5 business days behind me.
  10. Squeaky wheel... 7 Book Mechanical Error Submission 2022-10-26 Delivered to CGC 2022-11-08 CGC Received/SFG 2022-12-13 GEI/GQC
  11. 7 Book Mechanical Error Submission 2022-10-26 Delivered to CGC 2022-11-08 CGC Received/SFG Th- Th- Th- That's All Folks!! Is anyone seeing any movement with ME submissions?
  12. I received a notification this morning with a tracking number that indicates the book is shipping/about to ship. I ordered Wednesday afternoon.
  13. The tracking number is the shipment tracking number of whatever carrier you used to ship your package to CGC. The carrier could be FedEx, UPS, USPS, or potentially someone else. If you created the order and opted for the FedEx shipping arrangement via CGC, the label would be in the e-mail generated when your order was completed. If you submitted your comics at a convention, then there would be no tracking number.
  14. Since my books were processed when only the last 8 months of submission status was available, I have no idea if any of my submissions were changed to CCS in process or how long they were in that state. 2 months, they should be close to finished. I have 48 economy books submitted by a presser that were delivered April 2023. I don't have to worry about getting those back by Christmas!!
  15. Hi @Ninja0215, I had 2 orders with an economy submission and 2 modern submissions (generally the same CCS TATs) received at CCS on Jul 27, 2021. All three submissions' status changed to SFG on Jul 12, 2022. So just 2 weeks short of a year when the posted TATs were about 254 days. I see the current CCS TATs are 192 and 195 days, so around the 9-10 month range... Hang in there!!
  16. I submitted a ME order/submission this summer, well marked as such. It was delivered, scanned into CGC, but not received for several days. I sent an inquiry into CGC after a week. The issue was the submission form; I had slipped the submission form inside the plastic bag containing the 1st book of the submission. They couldn't find the form in the box/bag, but eventually created it based on the package tracking number. I would push CGC on this, as it doesn't make sense that they would process your Standard submission, and not the Walkthrough if they were in the same package.
  17. You['re lucky! Out of the 1st 40 books I had slabbed from Spring '21 to early '22, I had one book with significant spots. I had 52 books slabbed this summer, and it was quite common (not repeating my whole post from above...).
