    He did provide proof of the damages - he showed pictures. And those "spine ticks" actually look like finger bends which can easily be pressed out. So I think your best bet would be to take the book back and issue a refund.

    Have you ever heard of something called a paragraph? Actually, I don't believe this is Probation List worthy. If we put everyone on the Probation List for overgrading a comic they sold on here, half of the boards would be on that list - myself included. What about just giving him a refund on the book and getting the book back?

    Wow! From what I understand in reading through this thread, that particular book is VERY hard to find. You were lucky! (thumbs u Not sure what you read in this thread to give you that idea. About mid-range in HTF difficulty. You can even find this one in sealed packs. I had the wrong one. I was thinking of issue #22 when I saw his post.
