20 years later and the difference is $1350. $50 back in 2002 is now $73.62, so it's appreciated rather well over the years.

I thought I remembered another similar argument many moons ago but that one was rectified. I would think that if you owned this book since day 1 and it's been in your possession all this time that CGC would agree to review this one again.

To me it seems that when a package is marked as Fragile or Handle with Care it's like it's put in the crosshairs of the USPS and are used for target practice.
