  1. Low res image, but... AS #12 an important issue - WW is made full member of JS. Heraldic design and the JS superheros are very well drawn.
  2. SO - WHO WANTS TO TELL THE HULK SHE'S SPLITTING?
  3. I haven't had the fortitude to start a GA Sensation run, but the covers like these make it hard to resist. It's amazing how fantastic many of the GA covers are, and I'm not talking simply Wonder Woman. No one has mentioned the All Star issue where WW is made a full member. I saw this cover on a book offered on ebay recently (it was a VF-NM copy that went for a bunch) it was incredible cover. Very heraldic, almost like and engraved note. Anyone has this one I think it'd be a great one to post. C'mon folks, open up those vaults! And Regarding the movie, it seems that Jessica is the popular choice to play WW I think I'm in love...
  4. Ah Yes, Jessica Biel. A talented lass for sure.
  5. Last one for today - Katherine McPhee, about a year ago was touted as being on Josh Whedons list for the part of Wonder Woman.
  6. and another actress, Brooke Burke named as a possible WW er, I'm starting to forget who is Katie Holmes again?
  7. Jessica Alba,I still can't get over the white paint they made her up playing Sue Storm. That was the mis-casting of the century. Please, there's got to be someone else that can play WW. Ayesha Takia, Morena Baccarin, Priyanka Chopra - anyone but Alba or Katie Holmes. Let someone else have at this. Take a look, google them - these indian actresses really do have the LOOK.
  8. Man, where did everyone go? I always could clear a room... anyway, let's see if there are any fans with a pulse: Did anyone hear the news that Katie Holmes is being approached for Wonder Woman Role? What happened to those gorgeous Bolly-wood beauties that we were being teased with? How do you feel about this?
  9. I need a closer look to decide, can you send them to me and I'll let you know which one I like best?
  10. Thanks for sharing such beautiful covers folks. And the expertise as well. Keep them coming, please!
  11. Last August Heritage sold a #6 for under $418.25 includes BP. (Wonder Woman #6 Davis Crippen ("D" Copy) pedigree (DC, 1943) CGC FN- 5.5 Cream to off-white pages). This year I lost one at $900 (I miscalculated the time-zone difference and it ended before I could re-bid) WW's have been very difficult to find, and when I do, others are right there bidding with me.
  12. Indeed it is. A copy is for sale on http://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=234875
  13. Curious - why is Suspense Comics #3 so freakin' valuable?
  14. I agree that Sensation #1 is the absolute bomb in terms of the best cover on an early appearance of WW. It's pure classic! However, this takes nothing away from MF #52, which is mysterious and eerie looking, and has that "look" of a really early book. Both are pretty spectacular, for different reasons.
  15. They are ALL really nice. Kinda daunting that GA WW collectors have 3 mega-books to complete the set of 1st appearances - A.S. #8, Sensation #1 and WW #1. I guess it's better than having to get Action #1 and Detective #27. Too bad the wifey won't let me mortgage the house to buy them.
  16. These dupes of mine should be up on comicconnect.com on Monday.
  17. Ok, fans, here's another weird cover, WW #32 -
