Your scans look a little dull. I suggest cranking up the colour saturation in Photoshop. It's like the forum equivalent of pressing. It'll increase your grade on the board by at least a point.

I dont see no 9.4 here.. maybe a 9.0... that top left back corner is bent plus there are multi visable dents along the spine on the back

Not much of a chance that's a 9.9. I see some bends in the back along with a tiny (tear) looks like in one of the corners or scruffed at least.
