Wow, what a book! Best looking Action #7 I've ever seen, and it's highest graded copy. Who owns it?

It looks like there is some very minor cover markings. Can anyone tell if thats a store stamp of sorts or comic rub (getting ink from being under another comic forever) or just transfer from the inner cover?

 

Not to nitpik an otherwise incredible book, I was just wondering if anyone could tell. BTW is this a $100,000 book or something less?

Looks like transfer from another book to me. Wouldn't be a stamp as it's a mirror image.

Ijust saw the book posted...its a 75k book maybe more for whoever wants a book this rare.I think an Action 7 8.0 is close to 1 of a kind.Not quite but close.Mile high is in Dixie..
