Just unearthed my cuz's collection from the 80s & early 90s...

Hey guys, check out my cousin's comic collection that we recently unearthed. He was, like me, grade picky on many of his books!!

See scans. The Avengers #1 was purchased at an Atlanta con in the early 90s for $600. Amazing gloss and color! The FF48 is UN-beeLEEvable and was purchased for, get this, only $88. It will CGC at least 9.4 (I'm shooting for 9.6). Check out the X-Men 94 & 95 and the triple SSs #1s!!!! I'm just now sorting it out. So far, no resto! And the paper quality, esp on the Avengers lot, is very nice. Many of the books had the original purchase price from the various con vendors on the mylars.

Finally, check out the vintage CBG ad stuck at the bottom of the box. Hey, that's all we had in the 80s and 90s. Thanks for looking !

I think he meant to say that they acquired these books in the 80s and 90s...not that the books were from that time frame.
