PGM: FF 25

I'd like to know what you guys think of my FF 25:

 

There is a crease down the center, some chipping on the right edge and a tear by the exclamation point after "the Thing" and the obvious stain on the back which runs through the bottom edge of the book.

 

The cover inks are bright and the page quality is very nice.

Right on. CGC will give it a 3.0, even though I disagree.

3.5 at best. 4.0 w/out the H20 damage.

my initial reaction is 3.5 as well due to the big honker stain and what appears to be two tears on the FC. presents surprisingly well for this grade, however............
