Really happy with how this came out (both the art and the frame-up) how much did that cost?

theflashunc
Hi all, long-time lurker, first time post. Figured I'd throw this on the pile. Both were framed by a local framer who does awesome work. Its a splash page from Tom Scioli's American Barbarian series. Tom did all the work on double-sized pages, then scanned them down to a much smaller format. Beautiful work in person and pretty crazy for its size. Second is a quick sketch David Mack -- one of my favorite DD artists -- did of ol' Hornhead with a brush and freehand in about 45 seconds. Unreal. One dip in the inkwell and he just went to town.
simplyrob
just picked up my Granov from the framers the other day. definitely the best piece in my collection. i think the frame job is just as artistic as the piece itself. usually i rock only 1 mat with a metal frame of some sort, but, this piece deserved more. F For Fake
Got these back from the framers a couple of months ago but never got around to posting them here. The pics are kinda , but the pieces look great. Tried Hobby Lobby for the first time and was blown away by the customer service. The Museum Glass is really astonishing in its clarity, I love the mattes, and the price couldn't be beat. Will definitely use them again. Pete Marino
so, my old framing place closed, and I was sad =( But I found a new one, and their 1st work for me is just awesome! The main figures just jump off the page. the name of the frame is "new car" and it just fits perfect. it's got a chromed out dark blue color to it. The pics don't do this any justice.
