Apparently it's the highest graded Hulk #1 ever by CGC whether unrestored or restored, but not nearly as valuable as many of the books in the rarified air of the unrestored column on the census. I have submitted a handful of Golden through Bronze Ages comic books and no BA magazines, nor any of my original owner copies of SA and BA. The ones I submitted, most recently about 7 years ago, received the grades I expected. I have submitted few because I estimate CGC in the last several years may (will) under-grade a great many of the back issues I purchased and the few original owner copies I have with me, the vast majority being in storage. Full gloss, rich colors, spot-on centering. Adventures of Jerry Lewis #97. Batman, Robin and The Joker on the cover. Appearances by Penguin and Riddler. Wow! I did not want to get it slabbed but it was too fragile to handle. All interior pages are held by staples but it's looking delicate. The Off-White pages is actually a relief because I had them as borderline cream. Love it! Don't know why it doesn't bring ASM 50 money. Which would you rather have? Honestly.
