I'm glad I found that post about the 1st episode being compared to the 1st issue!. man oh man, if every issue could be turned into an episode!

 

 

 

Then some of those episodes would be 8 minutes long. lol

 

Seriously though, the early issues...yes. Some of the later issues it takes 5 or 6 issues for a story to get fleshed out.

I really hope the show lasts as long as the book is running. And I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I really hope that Rick doesn't lose his hand!

I read 74.

 

 

I thought the one guy was going to try to get Glenn killed in the city. Somehow his conversation with Maggie was a little sad. Foreshadowing or something. I always thought that Glenn and Maggie could have represented hope in the series but they have been kinda lame for the most part (except when Maggie almost died and Abraham wanted to finish her before she turned into a zombie. That was awesome).

I am definitely super psyched about the tv series!

 

What comics are you reading right now that are better than TWD? What, in your opinion is not overrated?
