I screenshot because I care.) 7 grand for the 6.0 DS 27 is pretty wild. I think my 2.0 was $800. Point Five
LadyDeath
I also really lucked out on this DS 29 compared to the sale today. grendelbo and Point Five

There's only a few on GPA so it doesn't come up often. The CGC census shows only 11 graded copies and this is the second highest graded copy so that's a big plus but $7k? comicnoir and LadyDeath
comicnoir
I really wanted to upgrade my TaR 41. A 5.5 sold on CLink a few years ago for $550.00 or something. I knew this would go wild and I did bid strong, but alas... Point Five

comicnoir
Some thoughts: Those APC's went for interesting prices. Low grade did just alright, but elusive high grade did well. APC 29, in a nice 6.5 sold at $2,640.0, second highest. Deserving. And a steal! Those books have great Baker covers and never show up in grade. The Cinderella Love 29 in 2.5, I use to own, and sold on the boards. Comcav? Can't remember, maybe Rick, got $1920.00. Well played. The Cinderella Love 15 in 6.0 went for a juicy $5,040.00. Shows you can't go wrong with a Cinderella Love. Would love to see the 9.0 show up. manetteska, GreatCaesarsGhost and Point Five
Popular Post Changer
Always surprised how difficult some of these APC are in mid to higher grade. Some of mine are higher on census but not high grade. Maybe nice copies are waiting to be graded when new record prices are made ? manetteska
IMO common-ish lower to mid-grade Bakers went for lower than expected/previous prices (or at least lower compared to BINs on eBay and dealer walls). A random Baker cover in 3.0 is no longer $1000. A nice Pictorial Romances already CGC graded at a 4.0 for $220 sounds like a deal to me. Even Atomic in 7.0 for $530. Rare or uncommon Bakers in any grade did very well (see above). Comics in this group with Baker art but not a Baker cover did better than expected. Lastly, HA grading on raw books is still very suspect. Darwination, Yorick, Changer and 1 other 3
manetteska
I have an "extra" 3.0-ish CL #28 if anyone wants to trade for other Bakers... PeterPark and Changer 1
Yorick
Split feelings. Some scarce low grade books went for entry level prices (if you want them all, you'll be upset later), and the higher prices achieved on some of the scarce-in-high-grade were amazing. The Pictorial Romance I still need was not in that auction. There was a low grade with some incredible reds that I thought sold too low, but I think I have two copies....
