I picked this up, first Joe comic I've bought in a looooong time. Also bought a raw one and read the silent story for the first time ever. :o Awesome! Now I don't know why it took me 20 years to pick one up. doh!

:applause: I just don't understand why they quit printing the Yearbook's after #4... I always enjoyed them!!!

I wonder too. Do you know who drew the back cover of Yearbook #1? I just saw that too, and that cover blows me away. :o

Too bad it was on the back...

It was drawn by Michael Golden.

Very awesome, thanks for sharing. (thumbs u I can't believe I haven't seen that image in all this time. :o It has all the classic Cobras in one piece. I remember when I bought the HISS and that driver's uniform was too cool.

Bumping the 'Joe love back to the front page :bump:

Just received this back from the Richmond Virginia Con last November.

:headbang: Just asked for a pencil and ink sketch after chatting w/ Shannon for a little bit, left him alone, came back and left with a pretty sweet sketch.

He does really good commissions. He did an 11 by 17 Firefly for me when I met him that blew me away.

Firefly commission by Gallant :cloud9:

If he comes back to Baltimore or Philly I'd love to get another commission from him.

Went with a friend to a new store in my city and went thru a bunch of comics. Got these all for a buck each. Someone already went thru them all but hey I was happy to walk away with some that I needed. :) One of the 3d comics also still had original glasses with it.

i'm looking to buy some high grade reprints (NM or higher) of the GI JOE original series. Where's a good website/online dealer to get my fix?
