All raw, haven't seen actual condition only pic, but AFs look pretty good. Need to move fast. Seller wants $10K, I'm in process of getting appointment to see the books. If they are legit, who wants to back the deal and flip me a finder's fee or split proceeds from sales?

I'd be more than happy to back it as would probably any one with money. I'd want to fly down to Texas to see the collection though in person myself, which I'm happy to do. That, and I'd want a helluva lot more details.

I want to thank everyone for their offers. I have a local friend that will back my buy if this guy turns out to be not a flake and no one beats me to the punch. If it does work out, boardies will get first crack...so look forward to a sales thread.

I have no idea how someone would go about it, but if I knew I could put money into a trusted account for the purpose of buying big books, and owning whatever percentage of the book that I had put in......
