As there is so much combined knowledge on this forum, please please can any of you tell me about any obscure DC giveaways, premiums, previews, computer game comics, toy insert comics, etc etc etc that I might not know about ????

If anyone can indeed do so, this would be the most enormous help to me.

THANKYOU.

Found a few obscure D.C. giveaways over the years. The first three are listed but pretty tough to find.

Here is a fun set of transforming COMMANDRON toys with a D.C. comic in each package. I can't find any other information about these. Supposedly they were a test run for a McDonald's giveaway that never took off. Don't know who's in the comics. Should I open the packs and find out?

Several sites on the web about these:

http://www.battlegrip.com/spotted-online-1985-mcdonalds-commandrons/

http://www.actionfigurepics.com/2011/03/wayback-wednesday-tomy-commandrons

It appears they came in different packaging during their time as Happy Meal toys.

It looks like MyComicShop and Mile High Comics knows about them, but they are sold out.

This might be the going rate for these:

I don't think the wheels were in as much motion in this one as they were in another one.
