Hello - just got this back from CGC today. It's a Showcase #4 with apparent extensive Profesional restoration. CGC notes are - Restoration includes, color touch, pieces added, tear seals, cleaned, reinforced, re-glossed and bottom edge of cover trimmed.

 

All that explains why it's such a nice looking book. Nicest looking 7.0 I've ever seen actually. It has off white pages and the CGC# is 098368001.

 

Asking $1,500 or partial trade and cash.
