Below is a list of the current estimate prices I think SC22 should be valued at. Of course, the prices are for cream/off white pages, but if your copies have higher page quality add a 10%-25% premium. Enjoy.

 

9.2 $80000-$100000

9.0 $40000-50000

probably the information I need to make a guess on what you got for the 9.0 -- a strong price, but then if 9.0 is the top graded copy, well, I'm not sure $40k or thereabouts is really that high.

It's not a CGC 9.0 so it's very speculative. Gator has mention it would not grade less than 8.0 but 8.5 and 9.0 is in the cards. But if Gator says it has a chance of a 9.0 then the probability is there.

Congrats Rick. If it was a 9.0, sure it went through the absolute roof.

 

If it was an 8.5, then I'm also sure it was absolutely ridiculous.

 

There are predictions out there that this book will be approaching ASM 1 levels... in terms of value.

 

Demand for this book is truly through the roof right now.

my "gut" is it will hit 9.0 from cgc (it was priced as such)... if the new owner will allow me, I will happilly reveal the sale price...stay tuned

 

My observation and guess on pricing is partially based on the quote above -- priced as a 9.0

 

If priced as a 9.0, I'm thinking Rick got $38 - $42k

Your copy is 10%-25% premium...you should know why. My 6.0 white pager is 25%-50% premium...who knows. :hi:

Most likely it is the the one HA sold on 5-10-06.

Since it has off-white pages...it might just be. It will be interesting to see if it is still the old holder or the new holder. We should be able to find out if this is the new 9.0, the old Heritage copy or the ComicLInk copy with the updated census. Wow, we have the 8.0 Mound copy and the Heritage 9.0 up for sale. At least we know the Heritage sale will be in the GPA data. (thumbs u
