3.5, maybe 4.0 if the top staple is stilling holding and the back cover is decent.

Unless the top right corner piece is about to come off, or there are back cover problems, i'd say 4.5 maybe 5.0. The pages seem to go from white at the bottom to tan at the top, and combine that with the rounding at the top corners I'd want to check for brittleness at the top edge, which would obviously bring the grade down.

The crease on the top right, is that a bit of a colour touch? Have a look on the iNside, or hold it up to the light, could be just my eyes, not as good as they once were, . VG-
