Wayne-Tec
Hey guys, I thought it might be interesting if we started a thread to include everyone's Golden Age coverless grails. While I both realize and appreciate the devotion to high grade comics, I have noticed that there are a number of collectors like myself who would rather spend each and every penny they have to acquire the most key Golden Age issues you could find. Obviously one has to sacrifice the quality of the book to do so but hey, you can't always be picky when it comes to books of this caliber. I will begin by putting up my Coveless/Incomplete (cfo) copy of Sub Mariner Comics #1 in the hopes that others will follow and display some amazing key coverless GA issues... Wayne-Tec
A complete Detective Comics # 27 is out of reach for me so I settled on this. It is missing the front cover only,,,, This is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. Obviously I've seen high grade copies, etc. but it is really nice to see a somewhat (allow me to stress "somewhat") affordable copy of an AMAZING comic like that. Thanks for sharing! Words could not describe how beautiful that book is. Do you own that copy?

aardvark88
Remember comics are for reading otherwise how would you know Batman 1 is a Joker classic? Decent page quality too:
Wayne-Tec
This thread is coming along far better than I expected. It is simply amazing to see low grade copies of books like these. The Action Comics #1 wrap most certainly belongs in this thread. I'll be sure to throw up a pic of my lone pannel from Superman #1 after get it uploaded into my PC.
