Clink refunded a payment via paypal for the payment to be resent as a Personal Payment so fees could be avoided.

It was because I pointed out that if you don't pay them they send you to collections and report it to your credit. It says so in their terms of service, but they don't want you to focus on the negative so the thread went bye bye.
