In today.  A significant upgrade on my old copy... and you know with my collection, if I felt an upgrade was needed it must have been pretty beat up.  This is the two Corben story version, same as my other copy.  One annoyance on this issue is that, while there are probably more copies of the book available at any given point than any of the other Comix International issues, none of the sellers seems to list which variant they have.  I would like a copy of the three Corben story version but I'm not going to drive myself crazy looking given that I have both of the stories in their original issues.

I noticed that recently with the orange and purple versions of Vampirella #4--no one lists the version in the listing--although since the difference is obvious on the front cover, that wasn't as big of a problem as it is with the Comix International 4 variant.

I found my #4 variant because one of the pictures showed the interior of the book--and it just happened to be opened to the title page for "The Woodlik Inheritance."  Otherwise I wasn't able to tell a difference either; I just got lucky with the pics.

I have one of each of the CI variants, and actually owned them before I realized it was a thing and not a mistake! Guess it pays to actually READ the table of contents from time to time.......in that issue theoretically every copy could be a variant, eh? Kinda sucked, though, that Child had already been reprinted in issue #1, so there is that!

I think CGC now lists the differences on their labels. I know I’ve seen CGC cases that have two stories listed on the label.

Are you talking about this with the difference in the pronounced colors on copies or am I missing something and there’s something else?

My second favorite color variant (behind the wacky Fantastic Four #110) is Iron-Man #15. Just because it’s so silly, so minor and such a strange ridiculously small space for a variant to pop up. What the hell Marvel…

Yes, that's what I'm talking about.  The Vampi box, the lettering across the top, and the 50c price at the bottom are in orange in one version, and purple in the other.

One of the few Frazetta's I didn't have yet. Some surface wear but it's flat and uncreased and one of the  better raw copies I've seen recently. Price was good too so took it home.

Got it. Knew about that one. Thought maybe I was missing something else about that one.

Definitely a top- 3-5 Warren cover for me— nice copy👍🏻

An upgrade from my original copy. Could be my most favorite non Frazetta Creepy cover. The pink just pushes it over the top for me!
